Very helpful staff, good clean rooms; however looking a little dated. A BIG issue is the curtain tracks don't extend beyond the actual window so daylight comes in the sides of the curtains. Also the curtains are not blackout material.The location is excellent and is quiet.

Stayed overnight to visit family on our way to Liverpool. Hotel was clean and quiet with friendly and welcoming staff. Plenty of free parking. The hotel is a little out of town so a car is handy.||No restaurant but there is a Toby Carvery at the front of the car park. Very reasonable price. Have stayed there before and would do so again providing I had a car.

Very basic but adequate hotel and room. Ladies serving on reception were super friendly, welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Plenty of car parking and Toby Carvery next door for drinks and food. If you’re up for driving to Bedford try Nazar Turkish restaurant 5 mins away.

Stayed for 2 nights over the easter weekend to visit family. We received a warm welcome, quick check in and there was an Easter card in the room from the team.||||The room and bathroom is dated but adequate. Our room overlooked the pub garden next door that had a bouncy castle, a little noise can be heard while it's open, we had the windows closed and it was not unbearable.m it may be more disturbing in the summer with windows open.||||There's 2 pubs next door, the anchor and a toby carvery, we never used either, but may try them on a future visit for convenience.||||Overall very good value and pleasant stay with free parking and we will consider staying in future

Recently stayed at this Travelodge while working in the area , rooms and decor are a bit dated but very clean
Quiet and cool during the recent hot weather , staff are great especially Monika the manager who went the extra mile to forward my mail when I was sent up north on another job , would recommend and would stay there again

Stayed at this Travelodge while working in the area , the staff are very friendly and helpful especially the manager Monika who went out of her way to forward on to me my mail that arrived after I left, hotel itself was very quiet and cool during the recent hot weather, decore is a bit tired and could do with modernising but that said , I stay in a lot of Travelodges and this one I would happily return to , thanks

Great TL, very accommodating to three cyclists in their 60's. Great friendly staff. But don't eat in the Toby next door. Not even the breakfast.

We were given a room with 2 single beds and told we would have to pay another £15 to move. The windows were filthy, there were no glasses in the bathroom.. we paid for a king size as per the website and were definitely misled. We won’t be going there again!
