The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Good value for money as a last minute booking. Location is very good close to the city centre so everything is in walking distance. Big shout out to Feda and Fatou

Friendly welcome when we arrived from Fida. Check in was easy, room was clean and bed comfortable. All staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. Great location all amentities within walking distance and not far from the train station. Would recommend.

Good experience overall. Great location next to the bullring, station and bars. Quiet enough if room high up, bed comfortable for a couple of nights.||||Don’t bother with breakfast, there is a Tesco Express right next to hotel which was open late. ||||Only criticism was the smell from bathroom. Feel that had more to do with Birmingham though as they are doing a lot of building so drainage is an issue at moment. A lot of Birmingham toilets had same smell

Moor street travelodge is at in a great location of city centre easy to access everything especially the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Received a great service from Ismail who always spoke with a smile on his face and ensured our stay was as comfortable. Can’t complain about the cleanliness as well. Overall enjoyed and very pleased with everything. Thank you

Room wasn't the cleanest. Lovely staff, I stayed there the night before an acting audition, when staff asked what I was staying for they wished me good luck, were so supportive and really took an interest in me and what I had to say. Not sure of their names but the two staff I spoke to were so very helpful. They even helped me find where i needed to go and noted it down on a map incase I forgot. The staff that night made this my best ever experience in a hotel. Whoever worked on reception on the evening/ night of the 7th February 2025 are a credit to the company. Such lovely and cheerful individuals to have a conversation with.

Great central location in Birmingham city centre. Miranda at reception was more than helpful as always. After a long drive it's always so good to get a nice warm welcome from a very pleasant member of staff. Thank you do much Mirander. I will be back for sure

I was here for a work trip and had such a lovely time. The staff were so helpful and kind. I received truly Excellent customer service and a ready supply of tea and coffee as well as advice on the local area! Huge thanks to Fatou! I shall be back!!!
