Spent one night, Melanie greeted me warmly, swapped tales of, 'no sense of direction' good to see a k.f.c across the road. Woke up in the morning after a great sleep, thanks to a busy previous day and an Ideal bed. Went down to refresh my beverage ☕ quota and was met by Gill,the manager,what a star, loves her job, knows it inside out, had a great chat about the running of a Travelodge. I'm coming down again August and hopefully will catch up.

10/10 for easiness and friendly welcome! A really great night's sleep, with my dog in the room. Woke refreshed and ready to travel on.||The rooms are not the most luxurious, but are clean, the bed is comfy and the shower is hot and powerful enough.||I love travelodge, it is fabulous value for money!||

Had New years Eve here, as we were at a party just down the road, it was
£29.99 for the night, staff were excellent, and the room was well adequate and cleanish. It was quiet as well, considering its location.
Would stay again at that price as a taxi back to where I lived (if you could get one New Year's Eve) would have been £100.00 + (I live 40 miles or so away)

Staff are so friendly and always happy to help, nothing is too much trouble! Price is decent.
Rooms are comfortable, everything you need for your stay.
Pets are welcome. Free parking
Disabled parking, could do with a few more spots.
Location is ideal, petrol station, tesla charging station.
Obviously there are all the amenities of the services just over the car park.
I don't stay anywhere else when I come to walsall now.

Brief one night stopover. Friendly staff, rooms ok, clean and modern. You can use the service road to access a road which connects to northbound to save driving south and coming back up again, thanks to the receptionist for this info, saved me time !

Older location and starting to show its age. The shower head angling boot cover was split apart. The shower voltage labels were worn away [which could be we dangerous!!] as we're the bath/shower control labels. As we often seem to find, the extractor fan wouldn't pull the skin off a rice pudding. Bed is great though and staff proper wonderful. However, the road surfacing outside all over the services is third world awful so suggest daylight arrival and departure!

Awesome for a southbound trip from Scotland to the south of England. Only issue was internal noise, but this is a common thing with Travelodge's internal noise insulation.
Would have been beneficial to have power near the bed, but with the room cost, you must imagine the rooms are made to a budget.

My company failed to update Travel lodge I wasn't checking in today but instead tomorrow. My room got cancelled as I was a no show, but Paula on reception managed to check me in though standard rooms were full and got me into a family room. She was really helpful and friendly.
