Halima was so helpful and polite . She greeyed me a smile so welcoming. She helped me make my booning and the room was clean and tidy. I had evdrything i need. I would stay here again. Its closevy to everything and good pub next door xxxxxxx xxxxx

Cheap accomodation which did the job. Friendly checkin staff. Travel lodge was reasonably clean and appreciated parking being free. We didnt realise breakfast was in a box at booking so read small print! Plenty of eateries nearby including a mcdonalds. Bed was comfy and shower good. Building Needs a lot of tlc. Gutters desperately need cleaned from the plantlife and bathrooms havent been done up since the 90s. Good value but very no frills.

Room very spacious and very good double bed . Shower working but there is a big black mark in the tub looking like dirt so a lick of paint will do . Mat it the bath tub is too old needs recycling. The heater - the vents very dusty a brush will do wonders. TV working correctly and actually views via windows either way are good - a 2 minute across the road to shops and a minute either way to macdonalds and also a pub and steak house. Very peaceful.

I stayed in room 132 and would love come back stay and review if these changes happen.

All in all a very good place to stay and will recommend anyone with family

Pros: Good check-in, didn’t have to wait long and the member of staff on duty was nice and friendly. Bed was clean and comfy, and the room was very spacious.||||Cons: The carpets were stained all over and the room smelt of stale cigarette smoke, which wasn’t great. The room - including the bath - is extremely tired, with cracking, peeling, stains…and I’ve already mentioned the filthy carpet. It’s in desperate need of a refurb.

The room was very spacious and clean and comfortable bed . It’s actually a very quiet area despite being close to the road . Cross the road you go to shops and also a 2 minute walk to MACDONALDS . There is a steak house nearby as well and a pub. Public transport frequent buses into Birmingham City Centre- 21 minutes by X1 and X2 and 32 minutes by bus number 60. Uber less than £10 so really a very good place to go. All the staff were very professional. ||Just a couple of notches. n the bath tab there is a black mark you may think it’s dirt but close inspection something fell and scratched so a lick of paint will do the magic . The bath mat needs change as looks old . |The heater needs dusting and cleaning as it looks very dusty inside the vents
