Had a wonderful stay at Caterham Travelodge. The staff were really helpful and attentive, Breakfast was reasonably priced for a buffet style meal. However, my soap did stop working halfway through my stay. Overall, a very pleasant stay all round.

Needed somewhere to rest my head for 3 nights over Christmas. Chose Travelodge as it seemed like a bargain and arrived not expecting much. This hotel is great, good sleep.||Breakfast has a very limited hot selection but it was fresh and enjoyable, certainly worth paying £10 for. Beds are standard with extra pillows in room which is a massive bonus for someone as fussy as me.||I had minimal interaction with the team members but this was down to personal choice as I suffer social anxiety but all team are friendly and professional.||Overall this was my first time using Travelodge and although there are areas of improvement needed (especially with cleaning corners of bathroom) I would not hesitate to book here again. Great value for money!!

Very clean. Was especially impressed with the night receptionist Marie. She was very professional, friendly and accommodating, an asset to the comany. I have stayed multiple times and never had a bad experience. For a budget hotel, it's one of the best I've stayed at.

I booked this last minute and found it fairly expensive but compared to others in the area it was extremely reasonable. Check-in was extremely quick and efficient and the service was very friendly. I purchased a parking ticket for the car park for 24 hours at a very good price of £3.30. The night Porter who I believe was called Micheal was extremely helpful and was very polite and happy when serving me. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the best night sleep because not early when my floorboards extremely but so with the floorboards above me so any time anyone was walking about upstairs you could hear it loudly and I’m sure my neighbours or upstairs would’ve heard me walking around as well. There was tea and coffee making facilities in the room which by the way could do with a little update as you see from the photograph there’s a chunk of paint missing off the wall and on the table top surface there was a tea stain so it hadn’t been cleaned properly.
The bathroom was well supplied and clean.
The car park closest to the entrance does get extremely busy, but there is an overflow car park around the back. Although I found this to be a little expensive it sufficed for my needs.

Handy for my needs,if a little dated. The room wasn’t very clean the floorboards were VERY noisy. The public carriers, i.e. corridors could do with a good clean and hoover

Excellent service and people staff lovely. 10 out of 10. Michael helped us greatly when I accidently set the fire alarm off looking for the bed side light.. oops sorry. All staff great friendly and helped us greatly. Sally and Darren from Wales Cardigan UK
