I recently stayed here for three days on a business trip and couldn’t have asked for any more. The staff were super helpful from check in until we checked out. The rooms were spotless and well stocked with coffee and tea. Would recommend and no hesitation to stay again on any trips back down.

Nice location for a Travelodge. Staff were all lovely and friendly. Rooms are a bit tired, didn't have USB charging sockets like other similar priced hotels. The bathroom smelt a little bit like sewerage but did eventually go. Breakfast was nice and a good price. Basically, you get what you pay for.

I arrived at the hotel around 3 AM and was disappointed to find that there was no closed parking space available. However, there was plenty of parking about 400 meters away, which was manageable but not ideal.
The room itself was clean, and the shower worked well, which was a plus. Overall, the hotel offers a standard experience for the price—nothing exceptional, but it meets basic expectations. If you're looking for a simple stay and don't mind the parking situation, it's a decent option.

After a 7 hour drive, arriving late tired and very hungry had a friendly welcome by Lacie who then took the time to download a take away app and helped me order some food proper old school customer service you rarely see these days. Room was fine. Nice view and comfy bed

This hotel is a good option for the area. We have stayed twice now and always have a good stay. The staff are friendly, and helpful. One of the elevators has been out of service each time we have stayed. They had an issue with a card machine for room keys and we're having to let people into their rooms, but we're very apologetic about it and super prompt! I get that there are technical issues and they were good at dealing with it.
I rated 4 stars for the room because there is absolutely no storage in the rooms. This is fine if you stay for a night or two.. but we visit family and stay longer and have to live out of a suitcase constantly. Even if they had shelves would be way better!!

I took my daughter for dinner at your hotel in dockside and the service was amazing, Lacey was very helpful and a delight to speak to and the food was amazing, I believe that the cooks name was Lucia. Highly recommended, wonderful service and such a clean and inviting place. Thank you again to the staff I mentioned.

Always return to the chatham branch as definitely have the most helpful staff, really relaxing and friendly atmosphere too. Rooms always exceptionally clean. Always feel extremely welcome when returning and nothing ever seems too much for the staff to help with. Even had a manager help me with my bags at one point
