After 4 days on the road from Spain the hotel room was very welcome. The room showed its age but was very clean, comfortable bed, and secure. The staff very friendly and helpful.||No complaints for the room at this price.

After a long day's work arrived to be told out booked room wasn't available and we could either go to another hotel or stay in a disabled room, we opted for disabled room due to being knackered. The room was very uncomfortable and right by a main road with lorry's going past with a massive pot hole outside. I feel for any person who needs to use this disabled room.

Reception friendly and welcoming. The room was filthy old and needs attention, I took 1 look at the bath and felt I wouldnt even put a dog in it! Then about 10pm someone used a key to enter our room whilst we were going to sleep leaving my daughter terrified it was going to happen again.

The receptionist was rude and said I had booked an accessible room with single beds which I hadn’t. Receptionist slagged off the hotel and he wasn’t bothered about customers. Changed to the only other room available but that was dirty with rusty and mouldy bathroom. I had to remake the bed before sleeping in it. Overall a bad experience which wasn’t even that cheap.

Stayed for 2 nights at the Westbound Travelodge while attending a Dog show at Bath.|Nice and clean although the room is starting to show its age but was told that a complete refurb is in the pipeline- so it can only get better.|Wendy the receptionist was very friendly and helpful and told us about the easy way out of the services and go through the back roads.|My only criticism as in most other lodges is that there is never enough plug sockets.|Greggs was a very handy outlet nearby for a quick breakfast.

On arrival the lovely receptionist Laura took my registration for the free parking…Laura was fantastic, very welcoming with a lovely smile,,, explained everything to me,,the rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable and clean…highly recommend this hotel and there amazing staff 😁

Even the receptionist said "This place should be demolished". This Travelodge has to be one of the worst. Leaking water and very outdated facilities. This has to be the worst one we have ever been in, if only for a 1 night stay. ||I know it is on a motorway, but this was not acceptable at all.

Room and bathroom felt grubby although the surfaces had been cleaned. There was a bedside cabinet/shelf missing. Overall there was an air of neglect. Sam on reception was 5* professional and friendly.
