Another great stay for work. Clean rooms, great bar and great staff. My favourite Julie, always remembers me, friendly, helpful with great banter. Rui at night, great bloke, jokes so poor but entertaining. I stay here whenever I work in the area and would recommend always. Clean,comfortable, 24hour bar and food, free parking. What’s not to like.

If you are looking for a good basic hotel room in the centre of Crawley with easy and frequent bus services to Gatwick airport with a reasonably priced Breakfast buffet that starts from 6am then you couldn't do much better than this. The rooms are a bit Spartan but clean and with superbly comfortable beds and quiet enough for a good night's sleep

The hotel was modern and clean. Although the staff were friendly the bar/cafe had no atmosphere. The food was okay, but the meal deal wasn't good value and there were too many items on the menu with an extra charge. The breakfast was good.

Stayed for a single night for my friends birthday, had an enjoyable time with no major issues. One thing that did disappoint was the bugs in the room - we found a spider crawling on the floor when we opened the bathroom as well as a dead one hanging above the window, One dead wasp on the ledge of the window as we opened it and the 2 ladybugs crawling on the walls which wasn’t very pleasant. If you’re slightly worried for bugs, i’d suggest to report this issue to staff if bothered by them but me and my friends weren’t all too concerned. The beds were clean and neat as well as the bathroom. Hotel was nicely stocked up with coffee, kettle, 4 mugs as well as a fair amount of towels. However, breakfast wasn’t the best because not everything was stocked up like nutella was missing and no pancakes. Overall, a lovely experience and lovely staff, definitely worth the money.

A great experience from the moment I entered, greeted with professional and helpful service, explaining clear and precise the information I need to know from Rihanna at reception. Breakfast fresh and quality, staff friendly and helpful, would recommend this as a stop before going to the airport.

Rui was very friendly and attentive, Eden helped me with finding my lost key card, replaced it with no issues. This was very comforting and helped me relax in my stay. A final thought Rui ultimately gave a personal feel to a big branded hotel… Fantastic

The signal in the hotel is very poor, so be mindful of this if working.

The rooms were a little run down, the kettle didn’t work and the shower pressure was poor. Average hotel, 3 stars. Good for purpose

I came to have my evening meal at the hotel there was not much to chose from, when the meal arrive it consisted of two thin overcook pieces of chicken too tough to eat a dried out corn on the cob and ok chips I did not eat this meal I had sticky toffee pudding which was good.||I went down to a cooked breakfast which was scrambled egg no other choice sausages that you could of used as bricks and dried out cold mushrooms I really enjoy a cooked breakfast but I went home and cooked my own breakfast very disappointed with the food at this hotel
