The room was a good size and spotlessly clean. Nice and quiet and the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly,helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of amenities close by if you meed to buy food etc.|Would definitely stay there again.

I had the pleasure of staying at Travelodge Crewe and was thoroughly impressed by the experience, largely thanks to the excellent service provided by Rachel. Upon my arrival on Sunday evening, I was promptly checked in and provided all the necessary information, including registering my car to ensure free parking—a thoughtful touch for long-term guests like myself.

Rachel went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Knowing that I drink a lot of coffee, he kindly offered extra supplies for the tray, which I greatly appreciated. His polite and friendly demeanor stood out, and our conversation about life experiences was both enjoyable and engaging.

Later in the week, I needed cutlery to enjoy a meal I had ordered. Rachel once again stepped in and quickly provided what I needed, saving the day and showing the kind of attentiveness that makes a big difference during a stay.

This Travelodge experience exceeded all my expectations and stood out as the best among the chain locations I’ve stayed at previously. I’ll definitely be staying here again and will happily recommend it to friends. Excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere—Travelodge Crewe has it all.

Me and my family have eight tried to stay at Airbnb and it ended up being extremely dangerous and extremely cold for two infants and two toddlers so we had to find somewhere fast and ended up finding this travel lodge and we couldn’t have been happier with receiving the best care that they could possibly have gave us in such quick notice They had everything ready and both rooms clean and warm before we go there and the member of staff were so friendly, we couldn’t of asked for anything more. We cant thank them enough for everything. We will definitely be back next time.

Really nice place but no extras. But you know what you’re getting. Great, friendly customer service. When something went wrong (which was no one’s fault, we were moved without a hitch and the problem was resolved.

You get what you pay for. A bed, small TV. A kettle with complimentary tea,coffe, sugar and milk. Take an extension lead as there is only one plug on the other side of the room to charge your phone with. Foam hand wash dispenser in the bathroom and hair and body wash dispenset in the bath 🛁 overall good little room for the night.

It was perfectly adequate. Spacious, clean, comfortable bed, linen was fresh and clean, spacious clean bathroom, lots of hot water, Breakfast available although I didn’t do that. Nothing not to like , great price.

I found their directions difficult to follow. Hotel hidden away in an industrial estate of sorts. No foam in hand wash unit. I did sleep very well. Seemed very quiet to other hotels I've stayed in. A good stay.
