Went for my birthday weekend as a base for an event I was attending in the area. Lovely clean room which was very spacious with comfortable beds.|Asked for a travel cot and was given one that looked brand new and was a fantastic size and comfort for my 5 month old. Have been given dodgy travel cots in hotels before so this was such a pleasant surprise.|We were greeted by Carla and she was absolutely amazing and helpful. We had had a long day travelling, so her friendly face at reception was refreshing.|Will definitely stay again!

Rooms were clean and tidy. Plenty of pillows. Complimentary coffee in your room. Noise was good considering your staying next to the motorway. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Always good to wake up and have a service station next to you

Excellent value for money. |The building itself could do with a little bit of love and attention in places, but the room itself was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and had all the basic requirements you need for an overnight stay including additional pillows if required.|The staff were very friendly.|I was a bit uncertain about a hotel next to a service station but with a large free carpark and with the trees surrounding the hotel you wouldn't even know it. It turned out to be a great location with easy access for Exeter and the surrounding area. |I would certainly stay again.

Requested a twin room and got a double with an additional camp bed which was only suitable for a child.

Staff were pleasant enough, cleanliness was OK. Parking easy.

We didn't sleep a wink as alarms, shouting and noise all night (we did have the window open). Woke us up every hour or so...

Rooms as standard only let down was not not being able to have a cooked breakfast. Cold breakfast was terrible unfortunately. Saving grace was the staff very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and suggested great restaurant for dinner!

I have not come across such friendly accommodating staff such as the staff here in a long while. Nothing was too much trouble. Im Dyslexic and explained to the young man that I couldn't sort my WiFi on my phone. He did this for me he also came and got a massive spider out of my room. Over and above his duties I'm sure, but he did all this with a very pleasant manner. Bless him.

Great room Clean and comfortable beds no issues and no noise.|Marcus checked us in he was welcoming calm and chatty |Thank you we will stay again if we are in the area☺️|Close to the motor way and service station but a window veiw over a little grass tree lined area |Close to Exeter city centre and all the wonderful local beaches and restaurants.

A hotel at a motorway service station doesn't sound too appealing but this one is very well located, and suprisingly quiet. It's easy to travel into Exeter or to take the M5 onward. And because it's at a service station, there's easy access to fast electric chargers for your car.
