Had to stay here last night, it has no carpark, the team are nice and the room clean, the breakfast was good value, the bar area is very big and seems to seat a good number. Has a decent range of drinks. The shower was good and bed comfortable, nice towels

Greeted by a lovely receptionist when going for breakfast who helped me understand the car park situation. Evie made sure I was well looked after following my stay, a real asset to travelodge ❤️ The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Looking forward to my next stay.

Look you get what you pay for we arrived late and when we checked in to our room the room wasn't great and one of the pull out beds was missing a leg. So one of us slept on a mattress on the floor. Whoever the day we were given a new room which was much better. Good location, food was okay and kids eat free with a paying adult. Not bad for the money.

The staff couldn’t have been more unprofessional. Ian wouldn’t give us the drinks we requested until we left a good review, after asking him for drinks several times. It was also perceived that they would rather we go and eat somewhere else to save them from having to cook for us.

Comfortable room, good location and budget friendly. Unfortunately we had no hot water on our first of several nights. The entire hotel had no hot water. We were offered complimentary hot breakfast the next day. It was a nice full English and an add on to your stay should you opt in for that. Later we had issues with our key card. After many trips to the desk, it was discovered that the battery in the room key device needed replacing. Again, after a long day, the multiple trips were a lot. The temperature in the room was difficult to control and maintain comfort - once we figured it out- day 2 - we slept better. The shower area was lovely and shampoo/soap is built into the shower and a very nice soap too. Towels only, no washcloths, which we thought was interesting. Staff were very accommodating to the hiccups, however there did seem to be one after another.

Staff are great. Ian in particular is excellent to support with any queries. Locatio is central enough to get around and the nearby parking facilities. Food is good for the price and plenty of local restaurants nearby if you prefer something else

Basic rooms as expected but perfect for a short stay if you simply need somewhere to sleep when visiting places. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was brilliant. The only downside was the air con (which I wasn’t expecting them to have) wasn’t working, but there was a fan in the room. Would definitely stay again if visiting Gloucester.
