Ideal place to stay. Room was comfy and quiet and staff were very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.|Staff were very helpful and really friendly. They made us feel very welcome. The food was nice and menu was basic but nice.|I would definitely come back and recommend it to others.

Good stay, stayed in this hotel many times before as it is in good location next to A1. Friendly staff as usual, lots of space for parking (with van and trailer) as it is next to services. Good value for money, will come back again in the future when travelling past

lovely room, took a few minutes how to use the shower but got there in the end. The young lady on the reception desk overnight on the 7-8 december 2024 was really helpful and friendly, thank you

Very basic but the room was clean and there was everything I needed.I was unaware that I could park for free in the main carpark and bought a 24 hour ticket for £15 as the lady at the service station told me there are cameras everywhere and I would get a ticket.On arrival at Travel lodge the girl asked me for registration number and said it was for free if you stay in the hotel.
Be aware of this.I didn't mind to much as the room was under £40.

Staff were friendly and advised it's cheaper to book online. But there was a nasty dead insect in my sheets and I was too tired to complain. Only one person on reception so couldn't lodge a complaint the next day because the poor receptionist had to do a ton of other stuff in the hotel.

First time here, parking was in the MOTO Car park in the next row as all the nearest spaces where TESLA slots. given a ground floor room as asked for on arrival, slept like a log, old unit but comfortable ||||

Basic. Cheap. Extortionate WiFi.
Staff aren't trained to sort simple problems like the cheap kettles tripping power off in rooms. This isn't a reflection on the desk staff, they're lovely and genuinely doing their best. This is the poor thought and training by the management local and national.
Budget hotel. Budget management capability and foresight.
