We had a great stay last week for a friends birthday, had a slight issue in the room but went to reception and the supervisor on shift, Ben, was super friendly and sorted our issue straight away. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Definitely be back!

All the mattresses are HARD/FIRM so getting a good nights sleep is not a priority for Travelodge in a poorly maintained hotel as the shower taps do not function correctly therefore you have difficulty in turning water.

I really like this travel lodge. So with food and garage just next door to start the journey a fresh again but first travel lodge that has USB AND USB C sockets, which is great update. Room was relatively clean and honestly was just happy to have a bath.

Can't fault a Travelodge, you get what you pay for, the bed and room was clean and comfortable, they had tea/ coffee making facility in room. The only thing I would like them to do is to fit blackout curtains in the rooms and a set of drawers for storage, the room was large enough to allow for additional furniture.

Room clean, bed comfortable, room quite large but noise from the carpark a problem even if windows closed. Reception frequently unattended. No direct email address necessitating outrageous rip-off Premium number to contact the hotel.

arrived late at night , no rooms available on ground floor and no lift , had to call number for the sleepy receptionist to answer door, although pressed buzzer 4 times.
doors require a fob to get from reception, the room was basic , Plus side it was clean and there's a greggs within complex and a 24.hr petrol station asda

If you want a good nights sleep because you are travelling as we were I would recommend somewhere else. Woken by staff at 4.40. Had to complain after 20 minutes of constant noise had woken whole family.
