Lovely, fairly new hotel. Excellent service, both at reception and in the restaurant. Breakfasts great value. Hotel well maintained. Heating adjustable in each room. Only downfall was a lack of drawers or shelves. Only one small bench for kettle, cups etc. Hanging rack also. Living out of suitcase on the floor. Might have become a problem had we been staying for a few nights

Nice modern hotel with Bar Cafe and free parking. All staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and very efficient. Whole hotel from reception to our room was spotlessly clean. Room was a good size, had blackout curtains, and there was no noise to be heard so we slept quite well. Our only criticism of the room would be the hot water for the bath was only warm whereas it was hot from the shower.
We ate our evening meal in the Bar Cafe and were very impressed. Food was well presented and very good. Would recommend both the hotel and the Bar Cafe. 😊

First time I've used this Travelodge, and I'll certainly be returning.
The staff have been great, really friendly, chatty, helpful, and lovely to deal with.

The food is good, with the steak and ale pie being a proper pie with pastry all round, not just a Ramekin dish with pastry on top. The pizza was freshly made, not just a frozen one.

Good welcome from friendly staff, room spotless, bathroom nice with nice soft towels and soap and gel provided. Room warm, if you can't manage the control just ask the staff. Breakfast amazing

Our stay at Travelodge was overall satisfactory, though there were a few minor issues. The room was clean and tidy, which we appreciated as it made for a pleasant environment. However, the bed was harder than we typically like, which impacted our comfort during the night.

Stayed one night. Brilliant hotel and only cost us £30. The hotel was extremely clean, lots of parking available. Friendly staff. It's near a retail park and a next to a train line but you can't hear any noise from either. Highly recommended

An absolute age since we stayed in a Travel Lodge. This one was one of the newer style ones, very pleasantly surprised. Room was on the ground floor, had very high ceilings and a nice size window. Unable to open window but air conditioning was available in the room, which was nice given one day was quite hot. We were facing the car park at the front and it was very quiet. Rooms the other side may not be as quiet as ours was given they face MacDonalds. Free parking! Service at the hotel was very good, staff helpful and breakfast whilst a bit more limited than some hotels was more than sufficient for us and was one of the best we have had at a hotel. Such great value for money at £9.99. Scrambled eggs were amazing! Room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel. It had a very calming atmosphere, didn’t feel, corporate! Would stay again.

We have throughly enjoyed our stay, the room was immaculate and fresh and the new designed rooms are gorgeous. Pints were nice and cold from the bar and quick service, Kerry was so so lovely and definitely made our stay 🙂 it’s lovely to be surrounded by such nice staff that obviously do care about the customers.|Best travelodge we have stayed in by far and we will 10000% be back
