Very warm reception. The rooms are spacious, and I absolutely loved the countryside scenery. One of the staff members, Catalin, was extremely helpful and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. My phone was almost dead and I forgot my charger but he sorted me out and made sure I had one to use throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend and go back there.

Good standard room for the price. Clean with a comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful reception staff. There’s no lift but they carried my case up and down stairs for me and Caitlin also came back up with some boxes of books that had been delivered for me. Thank you

Check-in was smooth, with friendly and efficient staff who made me feel welcome right away.|Ehikő, a friendly and attentive staff member, made sure my stay was comfortable from start to finish|The room was clean, spacious, and surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the main road. The bed was comfortable, with fresh linens and extra pillows provided. I appreciated the tea and coffee-making facilities in the room, along with a good-sized desk and TV.

We arrived at 8pm to be greeted by James, who was absolutely fantastic, recommended local places to eat at a late time and nothing was too much for him. His customer service was top tier and definitely made an effort to have a conversation with us. One of the most polite and friendly people to have on the front desk, he’s definitely an asset to this Hotel!

Excellent staff especially sherry, very helpful and caring. Only thing is there's only a shell garage for food nearby. Although Barry's plaice in Hunstanton is absolutely gorgeous fish and chips, well recommended. And only 2 miles away. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed here for 3 nights and just wanted to say a big thank you to James on reception , this guy has been so helpful and needs a big shout out. I would definitely recommend this place to stay if u are in the area . Very clean and tidy rooms . Also tea and coffee

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst my partner was on a business trip. I honestly do not know what all the complaining is about.
The beds are really comfy and actual double beds instead of 2 singles together. Radiators in the room, so very warm on a cold winters night too!
Theres a carpark outside with loads of spaces and its free.
Garage nearby with hot food and drinks 24/7 so despite the hotel not offering that, youre not going to starve or dehydrate whilst here.
The staff are absolutely lovely. James has been a highlight of the trip for me with his friendly demenour and advice regarding the local area.
The hotel itself is clean, tidy and very good value for money. I saw the robotic vaccumes seversl times as they thrive to keep a tidy living environment.
Despite being opposite the A1, you cant hear the traffic at all.
Only downside is the burger king isnt up and running but thats not something the hotel can control!!
Dog friendly, so our pooch was able to come too! And theres green areas all around so its not like she had to walk forever to have a night time piddle either which is a problem at other hotels.
Overall, great value for money.

Difficult to find because of new A14. Clean, friendly efficient receptionist.|BUT, accessible room was NOT accessible. The shower was over the bath, so a disable person could not have a shower.|Even for an able bodied person, the bath did not have a non slip surface, or a non slip mat,
