This is, so far, most probably the best TL l've stayed in across England.
Bedding and towels are excrupously laundered, the rooms are super-clean! staff not only very pleasant but willing to go above & beyond for its customers and amazed at how quiet this place is. All in all a winner to a great night sleep. Just the carpets need a good wash to get rid of "feet" smells, also entrance needs airing as it smells of drains by reception areas. Other than that we will come back! no qualms....

Rooms are cleaned to a very high standard in every detail. All the staff are very friendly and helpful in many ways from providing water at reception and extra linen. Anne will occasionally iron my shirts if I'm stuck , she's like my mother at times and deserves a gold medal. Marina is holding the fort very well in place of cath who is on sick leave. Pete , lynne are at a very high standard and very professional to all that walk through the door. In general the place is a very friendly atmosphere and I love staying here.

Absolutely disgusting place to stay. The place is full of litter. The toilets at the services stank even before you opened the door. Wouldn't venture again. Needs a major clean up or closing and knocking down. ||||Someone put a review on in 2020 stating the same issues and obviously nothing has changed. Stay away

Great place excellent staff ,personal request was attended too. Visited Third time this year as close to family relative. Always my first choice to stay. Look forward to next visit

The room was ready early, the reception team was quick and very friendly.||Kevin on reception must get a mention, as he kept me company for the morning and plied me with coffee, whilst my family slept in.||I would definitely stay here again………..

The room was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. We where meet by a very friendly staff member who gave us a warm welcome while explaining everything we needed to know

The hotel was very small and friendly withceception staff who were welcoming and very professional. The room was extremely clean with the bed made to a very high standard.|A great nights stay with no noise heard.I would welcome this hotel to friends and family.
