I have stayed at this travel lodge several times usually with my husband and two small children but also as a solo guest. The rooms are always clean, and tidy with adequate space. The beds are comfortable and hotel quiet for a good nights sleep. Prices are usually very fair especially with free on site parking. The staff are always friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Irina who welcomed me on my last stay. I was alone and it was a very late check in after a challenging day. Despite the hour it was like being greeted by a friend, she had such a warm positive attitude it really lifted my spirits. Thank you!

Good, clean and well positioned Travelodge in Kidderminster. Nancy, the Manager was particularly helpful to us. Great nights sleep, good sized car park (Free) and nice pub just opposite with good food. Excellent value for money. We will stay there again.

I appreciated friendly help with my booking from Leanne and Irina on the front desk. They were patient and friendly when I needed help. Room was comfortable and clean. Good pub Watermill very close and a pleasant park next door for a walk. It was a good location for us.

The staff were extremely welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We found the rooms clean, comfortable and the lodge was ideally situated for our needs. I booked the Travelodge because the booking was easy and straightforward. All in all, a great experience. By the way, to have the Watermill pub just a few yards away was an added bonus!

Good location, clean ,very efficient friendly staff . Had a few problems with a travelodge at a different location, the manageress Leanne was a god send went way above and beyond can't thank her enough . I wasn't going to use travelodge ever again but Leanne has changed my mind. Being disabled and arranging & travelling can be hard enough but when things go wrong it can be a disaster due to different needs , this will now be my first hotel of choice when visiting family.|Leanne thank you

Lovely staff who dropped off extra towels for us. Only complaints were the remote control on/off button didn't work and the soap ran out in the shower. Did the job for cheap accomodation the night before a visit to the safari park. Room was only £44 for a double and single.

The hotel was fine, clean and as expected. However, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, it felt like laying on a hard board. I barely slept all night and in the morning was in so much pain meaning my time away was spent taking pain killers religiously! Even three days later I’m still hurting from it, have never slept on something so uncomfortable and painful. Such a shame, as everything else was fine.
