Travelodge are always consistent and I like the familiarity, you know what to expect. We had a family room and paid extra for the earlier check in. I was apprehensive when the person on reception said they needed to check the room was ready but it was all good. Kimberley apparently cleaned our room and did a great job. The room was clean and comfortable. |Enough tea and coffee although it said there was a milk shortage. They changed our towels and emptied the bins ready for our second night and my only negative was the size of the bath which was tiny. Not a big deal though as there was a shower as well.|Overall a comfortable stay.

Our second time staying here, this time with our dog. Happy to say we were located on the ground floor for convenience with the dog. The room was large and spacious, more than enough space for us and the dog’s bed without falling over it. Clean and tidy room. Parking is free with no height barriers that’s always a worry as we travel in our van. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. My only disappointment is the lack of plug sockets available in the room, we took a small extension lead this time as we needed to have iPads etc for work. Aside from that no concerns at all, cheap, clean, friendly what more can you ask for 😊

Immaculately clean room and comfy bed. Staff exceptionally helpful and provided an extension lead when I explained we needed in our room for medical equipment. We had ordered a Breakfast pack (corn flakes, pain au chocolat flapjack and fresh milk) was kept in the fridge at reception till we collected. This was better than a previous Travelodge that just left it in the room....The building itself is in need of an upgrade as is the Travelodge signage outside. Could also do with a sign of where the entrance is as it's obscured.

Have stayed here a few times this year whilst working in the area. The hotel is clean and tidy and located well just outside of Long Sutton. The staff are friendly and polite. There is a good amount of parking even if you have a van. I would be happy to stay here again.

The staff were friendly, the room was large and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Nice friendly diner just outside and a Starbucks nextdoor for my morning coffee. |Altogether a nice peaceful stay. Everything you could want from a Travelodge.

After a long drive from North Wales, my boyfriend and I were greeted by Maggy who had a lovely smile on her face. She was extremely welcoming, we had a lovely chat about our journey before we headed to our room. It was such a warm welcome and made our stay very comforting.PROMOTE HER.

Myself, my partner, and our two month old baby stayed at the long Sutton travel lodge recently whilst visiting family in the area. Though it may not be as modern as other travel lodges, it was very reasonably priced, clean, comfortable, and had everything that we required (including a bath which is a luxury for us as we live on a narrowboat with access to only a shower usually!)

I have to say that above all else, the staff are fantastic and could not be more accommodating. After we made the booking I called to ask if there was any chance that they might be able to to provide a travel cot - this was absolutely no problem at all and they were only too eager to help.

When we checked in around about 10pm after a long day of visiting family we were greeted by a lovely woman called Maggie - what a kind and friendly woman! She made us feel so welcomed and was so eager to help in any way that she could.

When we got into the room the staff had not only put up and assembled a travel cot for our baby but they also kindly even provided a knitted blanket should she need it.

Myself, my partner, and our two month old has the best nights sleep that we have has in a long time, quite the feat when you have a tiny baby who usually wakes you up on a very regular basis throughout the night! I was amazed to find that she slept like an angel and seemed to be the most comfortable she's ever been. The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet, and the radiator kept the room at a very pleasant temperature all night.

Needless to say that we were very happy with our say and will definitely come back, thank you so much!

Stopover on the way to Great Yarmouth. Ground floor room very spacious and clean. Also very quiet. Had pizza delivered which was great although there is a food place a few meters away but seemed expensive. Friendly staff in Travelodge
