The pillows were super comfy. Bed super comfy. Very clean and very nice. The staff were very professional and catered to our needs! I would definitely return here, the price is amazing for the quality of the rooms. Good location and everyone that was staying was happy!|Fabulous all round!!

Quick stop over to see family. Great location for me and quiet. Car park has plenty of issues with lorries and potholes. Hotel good on the inside, clean and quiet. Staff were helpful as always. I ate out with my family but one thing to note is there is no food at this place.

This hotel is good for if you’re just looking for somewhere cheap to rest your head for the night. The bathroom was dirty. Had some stains that I had to clean off myself. Would have complained but was too tired. Room was okay and warm. I had a nice clear view of my car which was nice.

I think the reviews are unfair. It's not a hotel you'd come on family holiday. It's a functional budget hotel that provides rooms for the night.

Some of the reviews soeak of housing. I expect if travelodge did house people on temp basis.....they would not if the resident disturbed others.

There is a service station that is adjacent that is derelict and there is rubbish. Those leaving bad reviews about that would be better reviewing the local council....not travel lodge.

We used this travelodge as a stopover, booked 3 room. After reading the reviews I was apprehensive, however it wasn't as bad as some say. Yes there are pot hole, yes it's dated and needs some tlc and money spent on it, but the rooms were clean, the beds were comfy and the staff were friendly. There was no noise through the night. I didn't see people lingering outside. So I would recommend it to anyone for a reasonably priced night.

Picked this travelodge as conveniently just off motorway and knew we would be arriving late and leaving early so no need for other facilities. Had phone call from receptionist around 4.30 pm saying there was problem with car park lighting and just wanted to make us aware. When I said we would be arriving around 9.30 pm she told us to ring reception if we wanted staff to come out to meet us at our car and help us to the door. We didn't require assistance but I appreciated that the staff were eager to help. The receptionist was really friendly and welcoming ensuring we had everything we needed. Room was a typical travelodge room, slightly shabby but clean and plenty of hot water. It was quiet, comfortable temperature, and everything worked. Would happily stay again.
