Great stay from start to finish. Well located. There are a limited number of hotel car park spaces but it shares the same space as a public car park. Rooms are clean, well presented and quiet. The buffet style breakfast is easily the best I've had. Good quality bacon and sausages. Everything you need is at hand. There is a good atmosphere. The food from the menu is good. The service was a little slow but this was due to it being very busy so I'm not marking it down for that.

Not good. We waited at reception as it was not manned, so we had to ring a number to get attention. We checked in and headed to our room. As soon as we walked in we were hit with an intense smoke smell - absolutely disgusting expecting customers to sleep in there and be happy with finding a room in that condition. The room has been cleaned - so staff were obviously happy for it to be found like that. We went down and asked to change rooms - staff were accommodating. It seemed to be one member of staff manning the whole of reception and bar and they were not trained in the simple bar tending - had to ask us questions about how to make certain drinks - lacking overall hospitality knowledge. The nights sleep was decent but the air-conditioning was not working. Overall very poor experience for £115 a night. This is the second bad experience we've had with Travelodge and we will be boycotting from now on.

Hotel and room was lovely and clean I only booked a standard room so wasn’t expecting anything too fancy but could of been a bit more tea coffee and milk as I went though them like hot cakes 😂my only downside was when I first checked in I said hello and I didn’t even get a response the staff just said what’s the name and then gave me my card not even a simple smile. This was my first time staying at travelodge so I was expecting a warm welcome but unfortunately I did not 👀anyhow I would stay again for the pure fact the bed was lush 😁

Only a short walk from the train station. Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet even though we were on the side of the hotel facing the road. We were going to a gig at The Drill which was within walking distance.

What can I say, a budget hotel with amazing, hard working staff.
I stayed here for 3 weeks over Xmas and new year. Not the ideal of situations, but the staff made it more bearable
It's very clean, they have a bar and serve some very nice meals. And to those who moan about a stained shower curtain or a speck on your duvet cover, get a grip! You've paid a pittance for a very nice hotel.

Good location, only 22 parking spaces.
It's annoying when you get non residents parking and going shopping. £9.50 public parking if you can't get a space.
Room was modern with plugs and usb ports but marked down for dust and the noise of the ceiling fans (only heating) kept me awake.
Minutes walk into town or railway station.

A warm welcome recieved from this hotel which is centrally located for Lincoln. Free on site parking leave you free to walk over the river and though this beautiful city to explore the cathedral and castle up quite a steep||hill (called funnily) Steep Hill
