My norm is Premier inn, unfortunately the premier inn was fully booked so i went to this Travelodge. Upon arrival i could smell bleach, this is normally a good sign - i was given the key to room 30 (upstairs) the guy on reception was great, seemed happy in his job, sometimes after a stressful day a friendly face is what is needed. upon entering the room i instantly noticed that room was very clean and smelled nice. The bed was comfortable and the pillows where perfect. i was very happy and have booked again for next week.... hopefully i get the same room. well done to the staff on a well run hotel.

Really lovely stay. The staff were very welcoming and provided all the information we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were incredibly spacious and clean. Had a lovely relaxing bath and a beautiful night's sleep. Will definitely go back and stay again.

I’ve had a marvellous stay at this TravelLodge |All of the staff have been so helpful.|Beanie, Julie and Lillie have been amazing! |I really have enjoyed my stay here. There are easily accessible transport links to the seaside and whenever I come back the room is beautiful!

Close to a main road but you wouldn’t know it! Comfy beds and a peaceful night. Good shower pressure which is always a plus!||Also got to say a MASSIVE thanks to Ben on the desk, just for being a lovely, friendly, welcoming guy! He helped us get the number of a local taxi too. Always smiling and happy to help; a real credit to the company!

Will not stay at this place again because the bed was old and dipping in the middle and the pillows were very hard lumpy and too deep for my little head. I’d go elsewhere next time. As I’m a poor sleeper and need comfort. If they want a good review then get decent beds and pillows.

Can’t fault the stay, clean room, comfy bed and very accommodating staff. Beany was a welcoming sight, very friendly face and super happy! Always there whenever needed not like most other hotels in the area. 100% would stay here again. Food right next door so no need to travel to eat.

We had to do a flying visit to Brighton to see family. Booked the travelodge . Allowed us to take our dog in. Nice friendly helpful staff. Ben went out of his way to help us and make us feel welcome. Had a lovely sleep and checked out the next morning. All good

Great stay at this Travelodge. Staff were very friendly, especially Julie on reception who was an absolute superstar in helping me check inn. Lots of amenities close by. The Lamb Inn was recommended as somewhere to eat and the food was decent,
