Wonderful stay at Acton Travelodge. Clean and comfortable rooms. The A/C was set to 18 degrees when it was boiling hot outside, which was much appreciated. Mithil was superb, his customer service was brilliant, really attentive and polite. Will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I had the pleasure of being welcomed by a lovely receptionist named Maya. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel incredibly valued and at ease. Her warm smile, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. Maya went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and answered all my questions with patience and care. She is a credit to the team and made my check-in experience seamless and enjoyable. Thank you, Maya, for your exceptional service!

Had a great stay! Arrived during a hot spell and was pleasantly surprised to walk into a super chilled room set at 18Β°C – such a relief and a great first impression. Really appreciated the attention to comfort. Would happily return!

I chose this place to stay as it is nearby to one of the Imperial University Halls of Residence (Kemp Porter Buildings). It was clean and comfortable with nice aircon and an en-suite bathroom. |However, the shower was tiny and although the room was OK, the noise from other guests late at night was unacceptable. Each night of my stay there was shouting of young children and their parents well after midnight in both adjacent rooms and corridors, this made for very disturbed sleep.

Upon arriving, we realized we had been charged 300 GBP more for our stay because we had booked it from the US instead of the UK (total of 1,600 GBP for two weeks). We mentioned this to the person at reception, she just smiled and said it's probably because you booked from the US.

We had booked the most expensive room to ensure we got a quiet night and a king bed as advertised. We were given a room near the stairwell which only had a queen bed. Again, the receptionist did nothing.

The rooms are not well-equipped and they don't have normal amenities like a closet door or phone to contact reception, let alone a safe or anything like that.

Sanitation is a joke. We were there for two weeks and our bathroom wasn't cleaned even once, despite multiple requests. The carpeting in our room and the second floor was filthy. It needed vacuuming and a steam cleaning at least. There was trash (candy wrappers, fries etc.) on the floor in the second-floor corridors for three days and we actually had to ask reception to do something about it.

Key cards had been reset three times and we had to go back down to reception to resolve the issue.

Upon checking out, the receptionist asked, "how was your stay?" to which I replied, "it could have been better." No apology or follow up questions from the receptionist. Just another smile.

This was THE worst experience I have had in any short-term accommodation, and I have made sure my friends and family know not to stay at this β€œhotel.”

Rooms were as expected. During the visit the fire alarm went off. Lots of guests left the hotel and waited outside for 15 minutes. There was no sign of any staff. After 15 minutes a guest came out and said we were fine to re enter. I tried to ask a member of staff why no one came out but he was more interested in being on his phone. Felt totally abandoned. Returned to the room with the fire alarm still sounding for another 15 minutes.

Stayed for a few nights room was decent beds were comfy all clean except one of two chairs was very unclean and stained pretty bad did mention it to the staff multiple times for it to be changed but never got changed. The shower was terrible on pressure was virtually standing over the taps all this was the upgraded room. place is very understaffed 2 staff all day/night one of which was Cook evening meals was nice little pricey for what they are Β£12 for a very bland chicken burger with no chips (chips extraΒ£4). The honey pizza was nice.the breakfast was a joke no pastries at all they would run out pancakes very quick (the greek party of people made sure to take more then needed which left many others to have any)
The bacon was virtually raw the rotating toaster machine didn't rotate so it was on full heat put it in and get it back out VERY DANGEROUS that's just a accident waiting to happen. staff were friendly and polite would I stay again yes but I'd look elsewhere first.

Paul my friend who is a professional photographer and I, recently had the pleasure of a two night stay in your Travelodge Hotel in Victoria road, Acton, London, ( 9th- 11th May).

I would like to express our satisfaction and gratitude to all the staff at this hotel.
Barbara was our first point of contact when we arrived and she was efficient at assigning us 2 good rooms. We waited in the hotel lobby as we arrived early and this was more than comfortable and convenient for drinks and snacks.

Our stay was for the purpose of attending a Beauty Pageant and I had costumes with me and as my friend is a photographer we took the opportunity the day before to take some photos of me in my dress and sports costume in and outside the hotel which helped to test run the outfits. We were careful not to catch any other guests in the photo's.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if attending the same competition in the future.
