We have a 3 night stay which we booked in January for this new hotel on 12th June which was supposed to open in February, March, April and now allegedly 27th May, yesterday. Is it open? Can I get any information directed towards me without me doing all the work? No! Does anyone answer the telephone? No! Does anyone respond to any form of communication? No! We normally stay at Premier Inn Bromley when we visit family from Canada but this new extravaganza is closer to my sister. We should’ve done the same this time. It’s quite sad that this is receiving negative reviews before it’s even open and is obviously a reflection on the company itself. We won’t be booking a Travelodge again and I am now going to request a full refund so we can go and stay where we should have stayed all along.

Why isn’t Travelodge telling us all when Beckenham hotel will open - not good customer service - supposed be March but now nothing on their site just a calendar that has no pricing - when a date selected told not open. Searched on line for more info and nothing

I booked a room for a travel in march. I am coming with a baby and from abroad and they postponed their opening to April. I discovered this by myself, so far I have received no calls or no email from the hotel to let me know they will be closed at the time of the booking. I have been trying to reach them to find a solution but so far I never heard back from them.
