Good value for money, staff are ALL lovely, room was very clean but looked a bit 'tired', but good for a budget hotel. Location OK. The only complaint is the coffee machine in the restaurant, the coffee could be better. But it's OK for the price.

We stayed here when going to a concert at Wembley stadium. Firstly the walk from the tube station to the hotel was quite long, it took us half an hour and was not the easiest to find... I'd recommend getting an Uber. We got a taxi from the hotel to the stadium for Β£20. The hotel was clean and a good location for Wembley. Would recommend

I recently stayed at a Travelodge, and I have to say, my experience was made much better because of the amazing service provided by Mohit. From the moment I arrived, Mohit was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible.

He assisted me with all my queries, made sure my room was to my satisfaction, and provided great recommendations for local attractions. His friendly attitude and willingness to help stood out, making a huge difference during my stay. It’s rare to find someone as dedicated and thoughtful as Mohit, and I truly appreciate all of his efforts.

Thanks to him, I had a much more enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this location because of the outstanding services.

A Serious Incident at Travelodge Brent Cross, London – Your Opinions Needed ⚠️||||I’d like to share a deeply upsetting experience that occurred during a recent stay at Travelodge Brent Cross London, and I genuinely want to hear your thoughts: was the hotel’s conduct justified, or was it unreasonably rigid?||||I had booked a room at this Travelodge for four nights – from June 7th to June 11th – for myself and my daughter. On the first night, I suffered a sudden and severe swelling in both eyes. By morning, my eyes were so swollen I could barely open them. Alarmed, I went straight to the emergency room.||||Doctors made the decision to admit me to hospital immediately for further evaluation and treatment.||||My daughter returned to the hotel alone, gathered our belongings, and informed the front desk about my medical emergency. She explained the situation and respectfully requested a cancellation and refund for the remaining three nights.||||The hotel staff said they were unable to process any refund because we had booked a non-refundable rate. My daughter emphasized that this was an unexpected medical emergency – not a change of plans or personal preference – but they stood firm, refusing to make any exceptions, even on compassionate or medical grounds.||||They instructed us to email their central reservations team in the UK. We did so immediately – but have since received no reply, not even an acknowledgment that our message was received.||||So now I ask you, friends, colleagues, and fellow travelers:||||πŸ‘‰ Was the hotel’s response reasonable under these circumstances?||πŸ‘‰ Should companies enforce policies strictly even during genuine medical emergencies?||πŸ‘‰ Should exceptions be made in the name of basic human decency?||πŸ‘‰ What do you think the hotel should do now – and what should I do next?

Very friendly and helpful staff. It's a dated Travelodge, but does the job and much cheaper than ones in city centre. Bit of a walk from train station, but doable. Local shops and cafes not far away. Has large car park if you're driving. Recommend for visiting London on a budget.
