Very spacious family rooms, there was more than enough space for us 3 adults. Clean rooms and an ample bathroom. Staff very helpful and professional, they were suffering some issues with their online systems being down at the time we stayed but they still operated brilliantly and were respectful and friendly under pressure. In walking distance of the nearest tube line and the brilliant ace cafe which was an added bonus!

I would like to mention that the gentlemen working on reception during the evening (I did not get his name) was immensely impressive in dealing with an unfortunately disgruntled (and i’d say rude, disrespectful and plain stupid) guest staying in the hotel. I believe he had an issue with the fan and temperature of his room, but being a heatwave in london - i’m not sure what he expected/wanted the staff to do about weather out of human control. Huge kudos to him for remaining calm and collected when a fully grown man acts like a spoilt child having a tantrum. Well done to you.

Thanks for a brilliant stay! 🙂

the room was hot and muggy the lamp was broke shower pressure was terrible but the bed was comfy and it wasn’t too loud apart from one of the doors in the corridor slams shut constantly and wakes you up whenever someone goes through it.

we went and had food downstairs we were the only 2 people there the mains came out pretty fast and the food was ok. the sauce dispensers had no tubs to fill so i had to carry my plate full of food across the whole dining area. the chef then lay on one of the sofas near us for over an hour while i was waiting for my dessert that i ordered with the mains and had to go over to her and ask for it because no one was paying attention as to whether we were done and wanted the dessert. then when it eventually came it was somehow cold?

considering we paid almost £300 for 2 nights it was very poor and i’m not happy with it whatsoever

The staff are very polite and helpful. While the location isn’t ideal, that’s more a reflection of the Wembley area itself, so it’s understandable. The rooms are clean and presentable. However, the main issue was the room temperature—unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working, so I had to leave the windows open overnight. This made it difficult to sleep due to the noise from the main road.

If you are travelling by car, definitely consider this, as car parking plentiful and easy to reach - on North circular. FREE PARKING for blue badge 🅿️ ♿️
For a ÂŁ55/night stay mid-week in a standard double in early May, this was absolutely amazing value for money. In Wembley!

Clean hotel and rooms, friendly staff, bedding and towels nice, very presentable. No, it’s not luxurious, but I can forgive the sad views out of the window and the lack of aircon (fan provided though) for the price! (Re price, it varies enormously- sometimes over £200/night, but bargains at £40-60/night exist.)

The rooms were very basic had to request a hair dryer from reception. The rooms were very hot and stuffy. The key cards worked intermittently.
No phone to call down to reception had to go down each time. I paid ÂŁ219 for my room and it felt more like a budget hotel.
The staff were really helpful though and did try and resolve any issues

First time we’ve stayed since the refurb, bar area looks great!
Hotel is very handy when driving, easy to access from M1/A1. Parking (£22 for 2 days) Pleasant welcome at check in. Room was ideal for a short stay. Clean and comfortable with a very comfy bed. Quite a bit of noise (from the factory’s behind) so maybe won’t suit light sleepers.
Breakfast on the first morning was just ok, went down just after 7am but food was only tepid plus no beans. Toaster is a nightmare, you either get warm bread or burned toast, please invest in a new one!
Second morning was worse, no beans again, no fruit salad, pancakes were like concrete, apple juice was watered down an awful lot and the orange/apple juice tasted like drain cleaner. Burned croissants as they’re too big for the toaster.
Service at the bar on first night wasn’t good. Staff member said she was new and didn’t know how to work the till so I’d have to sit down and wait for someone else to come. Not her fault, she shouldn’t have been left alone. Eventually got another staff member who couldn’t find the tequila so no cocktail. Disappointing.
Will stay again as I love the location, 15 minute walk to 2 tube stations and the rooms are ideal. Won’t bother with breakfast next time though.

Major thing with this hotel is they're known for having vans and cars broken into in their car park. We had our car broken into and the workers outside told reception yet they didn't inform us, we found out the next morning when checking out. They have gates which are suppose to shut and be automatic but don't work. A lot of maintenance was being done which meant one of their lifts wasn't working. Most staff wasn't very helpful and when enquiring about some stuff the staff had no clue. Would not recommend.

It was a comfortable stay, very clean room and shower and the service we got from Falyumi was lovely! Even though the weather had been warm the room was very cool and so was easy to sleep.
