The hotel is in an area which is very noisy at night with people coming back from a night out in the early hours of the morning. Sleep was disturbed multiple times. There was no body wash in our shower dispenser. Lots of hot water though! Carpet was not hoovered well. Stains on the shower curtain. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly.

A clean bed and ensuite. That's it. And friendly receptionist. Breakfast? Ask for it at reception - it's ready to go in a box. The worst part is the grim surroundings. Dirty. Grim. When we arrived there was a couple with a small child doing drugs outside the bargain shop opposite the hotel. The windows were filthy and looked out over very run down buildings. The Arndale centre is small, grim and full of charity shops and pound shops.||It's only 5 mins walk to the sea front which gets better as you go south. The Telephone Exchange car park is an easy 5 mins walk away past the derelict telephone exchange. Keep walking in that direction to a decent retail park. We did see police on the beat, which made us feel safer.

I came through to Morecambe to visit my family and stayed at the Travelodge there it was a very clean hotel only thing that let it down was there was no restaurant other than than that I couldn’t complain the staff are very welcoming I would suggest this place to anyone there are some great views across to the lake just a short distance through the town centre and I had quite a good view from my room aswel plenty to do with the arcades on the sea front also there are some nice little cafes on the sea front

All members of staff were helpful and obliging. Very central location, with may bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Every time we stay at this nice Travelodge the windows are stained with gull droppings. Don't know how they counteract this, as they have a large flat nesting roof. These gulls are vermin, and contribute nothing to any seaside resort.

Although we didn’t end up staying at this Travelodge in the end, we wanted to give a special mention to a team member named Solomon. From the moment we walked in, he went above and beyond to try and help us with a situation we were struggling with.||Solomon was incredibly supportive, approachable, and kind, showing genuine empathy and doing everything he could to assist us—even though things didn’t work out for us to stay that night. His calm and professional manner really stood out, and it made a stressful moment much easier to handle.||People like Solomon make a real difference, and his fantastic customer service deserves recognition. Thank you, Solomon!

Great location in the centre near shops and a wetherspoons .Always very clean in the rooms n. Always get good deals when we come here . Stayed Sunday for 1 night . Staff very accommodating and friendly .

Tiny room, tiny bathroom only big enough for 1 person. Bed sheet was fitted wrong way round and torn. Suspicious brown stain on side of toilet role we didn't use. At times radiator flashing red saying window open (it wasn't).

NO breakfast room and their "Breakfast to go" box is expensive rubbish with cheap cornflakes and where they are so tight that you get a shrinkflation 189ml milk carton not even 200ml, and the world's smallest water bottle.

No on site parking but that was OK as there is 24h parking 5 min walk away. Security of it questionable though.

A very clean and pleasant place to stay. Just lost a star because of the room. No bedside table to put my phone and glasses and it was very small. It was OK for the price.
