Great budget option that’s close to town and amenities.

Staff are friendly and helpful.
Been to this hotel four times now and every time my room and bathroom have been clean and the staff have been lovely.
The bed is comfortable (medium firm) and you get extra pillows in the top of the rooms storage unit by the rooms entrance.

You can ask for a hairdryer, but it’s quite weak so if you have thick or long hair I’d suggest bringing your own.

The body wash/shampoo that is in the hotel isn’t great for thick/coarse/curly hair, but also it’s a 2 in 1 in a budget hotel so I’d advise bring your own shampoo.

The hotel is within walking distance to the train station and literally on top of the bus stop, it’s also right by town.

I’ve found the back of the hotel to be quieter as you’re next to a main road, but it’s no big deal if you’re by the front.

Only down side is that sometimes you can get a small group of men outside the hotel smoking at night which can be intimidating for solo female guests. Usually the front desk is manned so you can breeze right past and get straight in.

Very good experience. Stayed one night in this hotel yesterday whilst me and my girlfriend had a night around Norwich riverside. Great location, friendly staff and easy to access everything. Doors shut at 10pm so make sure to bring your keycard if you are out past 10pm. Room was perfect for the price and nice and warm. Would recommend.

From a brusque 'welcome' at reception, the tone was set for the stay àt the hotel. Inside, the hotel looked very dated and run down and the room was not any better. The room was clean, but when it's old an tired it just doesn't feel it. Two main towels for a family of four is just stingy, and the soap dispenser was empty. The only high point was the lady who ran the breakfast who seemed to genuinely care and was very good at maintaining sure the items were well stocked. That said, the coffee machine broke down while we were there, which kind of summed it up.

Room was very clean, everything in working order. I had food, Southern fried chicken burger and a sticky toffee pudding. Food was nice, chips were undercooked but the rest would get a solid 8/10.

It's great it's near bus services |Room was very nice bed was lovely I was given a accessible room which was nice I could have a shower with out a struggle. Food was nice but only thing it was very cold in the cafe / bar which made eating my food quite uncomfortable . And staff seem not to be bothered when saying how cold it was and air conditioning was full on. . Not many stay in the eat due environment was cold.

Awful experience with a member of staff. Told me this morning when I went for breakfast that I hadn’t paid for it when I booked. I told her I had and showed her my email confirmation, with breakfast paid for, on it. She snapped rudely at me that it didn’t show up on her system and ‘I suppose you can have some’ and then just waved me off. She later complained to me again later that I had changed my booking, saying ‘I was messing them around’. When I said I wanted to complain about her attitude she refused to give me her name. The other female member of staff called Amie was lovely. The rude one was about 60 years old, grey hair with glasses on top of her head and was quite plump. There was no need for the attitude at all. She ruined what had been a lovely stay. She made me feel like I was stealing the breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was adequate but could do with an update. Breakfast was the normal menu with some veggie options missing which was disappointing. Car parking is next door in the NCP which you can pre-book on line, but please remember to scan your qr code on entering or they may not let you leave

Extremely noisy from the traffic to the front and bus station to the rear. No dedicated parking, we stayed for a weekend and cost us almost £30 to park in an adjacent Sainsbury's cark over 200yrds away.
When I rang to complain the operative on the phone actually hung on up me. Too late to change the booking. No iron or hair dryer in the rooms, insufficient drink making supplies. All felt very dated.
The reception staff were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was adequate.
In the whole, Totally UN-recommended.
