A very comfortable stay, the bedding was immaculate and the room was lovely and warm. Situated just off a busy junction but easy to access and park and the road noise can barely be heard so doesn't disturb sleep. I don't like walking round inside in my outdoor shoes so usually pack something for indoors however this time I forgot but the floor was clean enough for me to walk round in just socks. Ok the bathroom may need a little bit of an update but it was clean and perfectly usable. Tea and coffee available in the room. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. It was very quiet although full when we stayed. The young man that checked us in was very helpful and pleasant. Just to note there is no lift.

Stayed here for three nights whilst a family member was having an operation at the local hospital. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was not noisy at all. |The staff were pleasant and friendly and it’s located near to a petrol station and McDonald’s. |I caught a bus from the city centre to the park and ride next to the hotel, cheaper than a taxi!|I would stay here again if need be.

I would never stay in this travelodge again. I wish I could rate it 0. My partner and myself booked to stay for one night for a football game the following day. The hotel and room was dingy and outdated. The bathroom was filthy and covered with dust and mould. When in bed we were profusely itching… on inspection the mattress and sheets were filthy and covered in many black dots (seeing previous reviews after this inspection made me shocked to know other people experienced fleas and bedbugs). We went to report it to reception both last night and this morning but of course there was nobody there so what a lovely sleep we had on the floor. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Some hotels charge more if you book near the time of stay. During the stay at hotel this time we have to extend the stay by one more day. Even though I booked on the day we need to stay was able to get the room for the same rate as my previous advanced booking.

Very friendly staff , room clean , my disability sorted out on straight away even though I had not told them . Disabled parking and plenty of normal parking .I used this for two nights as a local coach company pick up for days out so make it easy to be ready in the morning and when dropped off in the evening no driving home.

Rocked on up to find the front door locked, not a surprise really because the place is a dump. A bit paper on the door had a phone number to call, nobody answered. Someone eventually appeared and let me in but I kind of wish they didn't. Paid for WiFi is useless, the hot water is slightly tepid at best, the king size bed is 2 single beds pushed together with a king size duvet thrown on top and the place is in a general state of disrepair.

I am travelling with my baby. I wanted to use the microwave for sterilising bottles. The manager didn’t let me, saying they can’t do it. They can’t heat up food, that’s understandable but they can’t even put the steriliser in. That’s completely unacceptable.

Excellent hotel,Jayne on reception friendly and welcoming nothing too much trouble, hotel clean and tidy all round, petrol station and other food outlets close by and only a short drive to the city centre have stayed here twice now and would not hesitate to stay again
