Located out of town but on a good bus route into the centre. Watch out when booking as it offers breakfast for two for £10. This is only the grab box, not a full breakfast. You need to go next door to get a cooked breakfast.
The room was clean and comfortable, as was the bed. The bath was a bit narrow and the soap dispenser was empty but we managed. Note Travelodge no longer put hairdryers in the rooms

Very good location close to the trams combined with free parking makes this a very convenient Travelodge for going in and out of the city centre. Room was basic but tidy. Lacking USB options for charging (3 pronged plugs only) but because of the location it was easy to go to a boots and buy one. Pub next door is convenient with plenty of other restaurants accessible in the area. Staff were friendly and approachable. Shower was a bit weak but that’s nitpicking. Didn’t experience any road noise issues but I was in the room furthest away from the road on the far side. Good value for the price paid

We booked the room to attend a nearby church conference. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was spacious but lacking decent chairs and a sofa/settee. The weather has unseasonably hot, so the limited opening of the windows was not helpful.

Rooms were clean, bathroom was clean and towels provided. A fan was also in the room which was a very welcome addition due to the rooms being warm (its summer so its to je expected)
Staff very friendly on arrival and always say hello when returning.
Lovely restaurant next door so evening meals are no trouble.
Perfect Travellodge for visitors to Warhammer World.

The staff were polite and nice but I think there were a few smokers on the second floor. Smelled of weed in the corridors but it wasn't a big deal, just not amazing. The room was fine and no smell. Plenty of parking and a pub that serves food next door, a very easy and quick walk away.

Stayed 3 nights, over as we have done for the past 20 years plus. Ideal location, plenty of free car parking. Bus stop outside hotel does not take long to get into the city. Taxis the same. The hotel is clean and tidy and the staff are always available, friendly and very helpful. The rooms are also clean amd tidy.

Rooms are lovely, staff are lovely what more could you want.
The ladies behind the reception deserve a big shout out, it’s not hard to be nice and I’ve been to plenty of hotels where no one smiles and everyone’s grumpy. Not here.

Pleasant staff, (limited) free car parking, clean, 3 mins walk from bus stop into town. A cheap and cheerful pub is literally 1 minute away - ideal for breakfast and dinner.
