Although basic room was clean and well presented can’t fault it. |Towels were fresh and tea/coffee facilities well stocked|Staff were very professional and attentive|And although I left a pair of shoes in room|Angie on the reception by just speaking to us as we left knew we were Staying local phoned me within 30mins as knew we were visiting family so I could return and collect them||Thanks Again Angie and staff we will return perfect place to crash when we come down from Lincolnshire to visit friends &family |Andy & Michelle

We came for 1 night as I had to be at the local hospital the next morning.|Angie was on reception and could see I was using a walking stick and had been allocated a room on the 1st floor.|She very kindly arranged for a ground floor accessible room for us.|This was followed by going above and beyond by loaning us plates and cutlery to eat our take away.|We have used various travelodges and we must say Angie is a huge credit to the company. Bright, cheerful and couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable.|This woman deserves a huge pat on the back ( a pay rise) |Thank you Angie for everything.

A stay over as we were Attending a close friends funeral as always nice clean room comfy bed zero hassle and we’ll be staying again at your other travel lodge in Nuneaton nxt week for my wife’s birthday get together . Can’t wait we’re also booked into to a travel lodge for our Xmas stay in Cumbria at Workington for 5 nights

We use this as our hub in central England, it’s good for business on the go and staff are always very accommodating.|Rooms are clean but obviously not the Savoy in London..|We are happy with the effort the company put in to keep ahead of the game.|I think for anyone who needs a central England base for a few days it works…

The hotel itself is decent for the price but don’t even think of booking here if you’re planning to use public transport and access the property on foot. Practically impossible.
