Nice and clean, easy parking, room was okay, the mattress very lumpy and very hard pillows. Pleasant friendly staff who greeted us, and were happy to oblige with advice regarding eating out. As seems to be usual with Travelodge now, there was no loo brush, and no tumblers for rinsing teeth.||||The pub across the car park was nice and reasonably priced. Busy at weekends though. Tea and coffee available in the room was pretty low standard.

I booked in advance, a family room to stay Saturday overnight to participate in the Etape Caledonia early Sunday morning. However due to family members with other commitments, I ended up coming up alone and had room all to myself.||This is not my first time staying in Travelodges. As a road cyclist, I always seek out Travelodges to stay because they are always consistently excellent, as this one in Perth A9 was too.||I would happily describe the stay as great value for money, clean, comfortable, well equipped in en-suite room with kettle and coffee making, and with TV. Very plush comfortable mattress and pillows with crisp clean white bed linen. ||As I drove, it was important to have the free onsite Carpark. However the outstanding most important feature of Travelodge Hotel chain policy is the allowance for clients to bring bicycle into room. And for this reason I always plan to seek a Travelodge to stay when I have my precious road bicycle with me. ||For all the above reasons, if there is a Travelodge nearby where I wish to stay, especially when I am cycling, I do not need to look elsewhere, it will be my first choice. ||Well done Travelodge. … best value for everything I look for in a great overnight stay.

I booked on impulse and chose Travelodge because of the consistency of provision, cleanliness, friendliness and security that I have experienced staying in different locations across the country. The staff at Perth A9 were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Parking was easy and outside the door. I traveled with my dog and the room was ground floor and near the reception - so van to room was the shortest journey it could possibly be. This is a huge plus for me as a solo traveler with a nervous dog. Pub nearby (same carpark) was friendly and served food if wanted. Good selection of beers.

The woman in charge at the hotel was enormously helpful. I had a terrible experience with a campervan rental company & had to relinquish the camper and received none of my payment in return. They dropped me off at this hotel & the person in charge helped me with finding other campers as well as just being sincerely concerned & helpful. I was very upset with the actions of the campervan company & felt that they abused their power and took total unfair advantage of the situation. It was great to be in a place where someone seemed genuinely concerned & tried their best to help me out.

Great hotel when passing through Perth. Stopped off here on the way back down from Caithness to Yorkshire. Great location and easy check in/check out. The blond lady on reception when we arrived was super friendly and offered such a warm and friendly welcome. Excellent value for money and would most definitely stay here again when heading back up to Caithness/down to Yorkshire in the future. Thank you!

The room was fairly standard being spacious and clean with tv and hot beverages which was good to have. The one niggle, for me, was no usb (A or C) ports in the room, esp beside the bed which had no sockets of any type.
The Glover Arms is right beside the hotel providing good food and drinks.

We have stayed at this Travelodge on numerous occasions and always found it the same. Made to feel welcome from arrival until departure. Staff very friendly and helpful. On this occasion my wife experienced a problem getting out of bed this was rectified immediately by Lea who moved us to a standard room where the bed was higher. We like that it is near Dobbies and Glover Arms. Also our dog Harvey is fussed over we have already booked to go back at Christmas but will likely be back before then

It's an okay place, but it's further from the city than I expected originally, and there was no wifi with the room which I would have been fine with if I would have had a good reception on my phone, but it was very low. One thing that made me very uncomfortable is that my room window was close and level with the street, so literally everyone walking their dogs or looking out from the bus could see inside, and i only had dark curtains not sheer ones - so it was either people seeing inside my room or I pull the curtains and sit in the dark.
