Everything was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and the room warm. The instant coffee provided was horrible. The hand wash and shower wash provided took a bit of getting used to. We just wanted two night’s comfortable accommodation in Ryde and we got that a a very good price.

A decent hotel conveniently located if you're coming by ferry from Portsmouth. It's located only a few minutes from the ferry terminal, main bus staion, and rail station. The facility and the room were clean, quiet, and well-organized, and the staff was professional and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Spartan but very clean, quiet and modern, and has the basics. Close to the main shopping road but you don't hear traffic. No food service but close to tons of restaurants. Clise also to train and bus station. So VERY practical for a vacationer. There is a Launderette within walking distance, and supermarkets. Staff was helpful and kind.

Great stay with a helpful and friendly staff team. Cleanliness second to none and a surprisingly quiet venue despite being in the town centre in Ryde.||All in all, a lovely place to stay and one I will continue to frequent each week due to work commitments - a hidden gem!

We just had our first weekend trip to the isle of wight for the garlic festival. We booked to stay here for one night and had our two small dogs with us, it was their first holiday.

The lady at the desk was friendly, the room was basic but clean and had clean towels, kettle, tea, mugs and two fans which we used as it was quite a hot weekend. We had a lovely view of the sea from our window which one of my dogs loved looking out of. The rooms seemed quite sound proofed to me, the dogs werent disturbed at all by other people staying and walking through the halls and they have hearing like bats.

We didnt pay for wifi or breakfast so cant comment on either of those things. Parking, we parked in one of the few spaces outside the hotel but it had time restrictions mon-sat until 6pm. We checked in at 5pm on saturday so we were able to leave our car parked there for our one night stay. But there is a long stay car park just down the road.

Check out time is until midday which is nice so we didnt have to rush out in the morning.

This hotel is a less than 10 minute walk from the beach with plenty of restaurants/takeaways and pubs to choose from. We reccomend The codfather fish & chips.

We would happily book to stay here again with our dogs.

Absolutely atrocious. We were placed on the ground floor without a full curtain! The curtain didn't fully cover the window, and the room backed onto an alley, which didn't look secured. The window looked right onto the bed! This is so stupid I can't imagine this not being on purpose, is the manager peeping into windows at night or something? I know Travel Lodge is cheaper than other hotels but £120 needs to provide privacy for one night! Other than that, the staff were friendly, but was again let down by a complete lack of buffet breakfast option, and no hand towel was provided at all!
