I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, Supriya was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth, and I felt right at home.

The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the amenities provided were top-notch. I especially appreciated the daily housekeeping, which kept everything fresh and clean.

Obviously it's basic. But it was clean and it wasn't noisy. Receptionist was very pleasant. Triple room, which had 1 large bed and two singles. The two singles felt hard, but I slept very well on one of them. No hairdryer in the room, and when asked for had to go collect from reception. Multi storey car park opposite was happily locked between 10pm and 7am. Would use again as a reasonable price.

During my stay, Hina at the front desk truly stood out. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She made check-in smooth, offered great local tips, and went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable throughout my stay.||Her professionalism, attention to detail, and kind attitude made a lasting impression. Lovely friendly staff toyin St the reception she is very helpful. She made me and my husband fell comfortable. The room is clean the environment is cool, the check-in is very easy for us the bar is Lovely we enjoy our dinner thank you so much toyin for your help. We visit again

First I’ll start by saying the breakfast was great - lots of good vegan options and very friendly and helpful staff

The room itself not so much though, it was boiling hot (and don’t get me wrong, it was a fairly hot day, but it didn’t cool down at all), the sink didn’t drain at all and there were chicken bones under two of the beds🤮

Also parking is a bit of a pain, we arrived around 9pm and were incredibly lucky to find a space - a few cars came in after us and were circling the car park in the hope of someone leaving

Very cheap, so not too upset about the overall run down state of the hotel. The sheets were clean, the bathroom wasn't too bad, walls and furnishings all quite shabby. Fine for a budget hotel, you get what you pay for 😊

Great friendly staff especially the two guys in the bathroom team one of whom has lots of interesting stories about his move to Thailand and coming back to the UK for work. Thankfully there is good Aircon in the bar so you can cool down after coming in. ||The hotel is in a very good location for both the bus to Legoland and the Elizabeth line to London.

Used as a Base for Windsor and Legoland.

Very easy to find and not far from where we needed to be. High Street had plenty of food options and shops but didn't really spend too much time there.

Breakfast was good in the hotel.

Also the staff were really polite and friendly. Very helpful and couldn't fault them.

Rooms we comfy and basic but again it's just ideal for what we needed.
