Lauren was really welcoming! with a big smile… the hotel stuff is really friendly! look forward to coming back to stay.. made my birthday really special……. The rooms are clean and tidy and the restaurant is clean and the breakfast is so nice.. would definitely recommend

Lovely comfortable bed and pillows and a very clean room. Would recommend Travelodge to anyone as i have stayed many times and have never had a problem. However it was a shame that the window did not have net curtains so therefore i had to keep the main curtains closed and then keep the lights on in the room ,

Great value for money, Great location - 5 minutes walk from mainline rail station, Great staff. After a long drive to Swindon it's always nice to be greet with a smile! Avril, Dacia and Jamie - thank you all for take care of my weekly booking. ||See you all next week.

Check in was quick and efficient thanks to the 2 ladies on reception, who were very informative and helpful. The room looked like it had been recently refurbished so there was no room for any complaints. Dinner was as you would expect and was very filling. Thanks Twizzle, Avril and Antonio for the great stay.

For a budget hotel you get what you paid for. Standard rooms, clean and surprisingly no issues. Town centres a few minute walk. Car park is across the street which was ideal. No where to park outside if you’ve got a lot of luggage. The team on site were friendly especially Lauren who was accommodating polite and was amazing throughout!

Booked as a base for Cheltenham races, rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast absolutely delicious and no complaints. Lauren was exceptionally helpful and friendly and had great banter. Maria was so positive and smiley and they are a credit to the hotel.

Visited on Thursday 13th March 2025 for 1 night. We arrived around 10:55 which was only 5 minutes before the recommended car park opposite the hotel closed for new cars. The walk from that car park to the hotel entrance is quite convoluted and at night less than enjoyable. The hotel reception is manned 24 hours a day but after a certain time of night, the front door is locked and requires a receptionist to let you in. Once in the welcome was fine, and we could see a rudimentary bar and vending machine. Once in the room, it was a standard Travelodge room i.e. a plainer version of what you get in a Premier Inn. We paid the basic approx £20 for 2 adult breakfasts and in the morning this was provided on-site next to the previously listed bar. Not a massive choice of options but what was available was fresh and plentiful. Once my car park ticket was validated at reception I was able to pay for parking back at the multistory car park opposite the hotel with a £3 discount from the hotel's ticket validation. Overall standard Travelodge with good customer service and a convenient location.
