Very well placed on recent street. But very old rooms, not cleaned well.. had to change rooms because of hairs on the sheets and still the cleaning was minimal in the second one.. internet only free half an hour a day, ridiculous in this day and age.. Apart from that, very spacious rooms, accessible for a family and understanding staff

Check in was smooth and easy. Sri was lovely and welcoming when we arrived there. Clean room with comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. I really love the old buildings and enjoyed every bit of my time here. Would definitely stay here again....

When I arrived they gave me a room that was already occupied. This is obviously a huge security issue for everyone. Luckily the guest didn’t see me when I entered their room as that encounter would’ve escalated the issue much further. Offered a 5.99 breakfast for the “inconvenience”

Room was clean but did have a smell that didn’t seem fresh. When I arrived they’d left the windows open to mask the smell.

Location is great and other than the smell the room was clean. Basic hotel and budget price

Booked a standard plus room which is really worth i felt. Building has a lot of character... Sri is very generous and helpful throughout our stay. Stained glass looks marvellous when it had a sunlight on it. Would love to be here again.......

I have stayed here three times this month. The hotel has tons of character, the rooms are large and immaculate, and on two of my stays I was lucky to get rooms with a great view of the Parade.||I’m very grateful to Chris at reception who enabled me to swap to a different room on my most recent stay, to suit my needs on that particular evening. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Sri on the reception made us feel so welcome and comfortable. There was a toilet issue in our room and when we complained they immediately moved our room and also offered a complimentary breakfast box. Room is super clean with basic amenities

All good stay with comfy bed and pillows room is clean and big. Sri is very helpful |If they had a car park everything would have been perfect but understandable because of the location. Hotel is situated at the town centre with lot of thing around

Great stay and lovely staff. Sri was lovely and helpful during our stay. Located at the town centre with lot of restaurants around. Room is big which is quite different to the other travelodge hotels. Would love to be here again at the wonderful place
