Couldn’t be happier with our visit! Lovely and clean hotel! Staff are amazing and friendly. Big shout out to Angie who has been nothing but helpful, so welcoming and professional honestly made our stay a whole lot better ! I stayed here for 2 nights while visiting family who lived close by. Alison on reception was very warm and friendly and made me feel looked after. My room was pleasantly cool during a spell of hot, humid weather - the window has been left ajar and it has made a huge impact on the temperature. I was expecting a fair amount of noise considering the location but there was very little and I slept all night with the window ajar. My room was spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfortable I slept throughout the night without waking until morning. I'll book this 'lodge again when I'm next visiting my family.

The travel lodge was clean and very comfortable. Both inside and outside looked very attractive and we were warmly welcomed by the staff. It was quiet and a good location for us. We would have stayed longer but the dynamic pricing structure used meant it became too expensive. As we searched for the best value the price continually increased.

Me and my partner stay here Monday -Friday most weeks as we work in the area. Hotel and room are always clean and presentable. |Alison and Gemma on reception are absolutely lovely and friendly. We always get a nice welcome when they are working.

We've stayed here a few times now. Rooms are very clean. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, and nothing is too much bother. We book an accessible room. The shower is over the bath. There are handles low down above the bath. There is a handle next to top of the bath, but it's awkward to hold onto while showering.They could do with handles up higher as the bath is slippy. I had an accident and fell out of the bath. Perhaps an anti slip surface in the bath or a wet room and a seat in the shower. We will be back as everything else is great. I couldn't fault everything else. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We've stayed here a few times now. Handy location on M1 with an M&S food hall opposite ( handy for a breakfast in room) Hotel was clean, everything worked and room was comfy. Being in the services there was a little noise from outside but after midnight all was quiet. Would recommend a stay here esp as the price here is usually very good.

I always have a level of doubt with Travelodge as they can be so varied, but this hotel was definitely one of the better Travelodges around. The rooms were fresh, clean and very quiet. I had worried that being at a service station that there would be noise from outside but heard nothing and had a great night kip.

I stayed for one night (2 May) and the staff on shift for both the evening and morning were very welcoming and helpful. I hope they both get the recognition they deserve.

Angela is on reception is a credit to Travelodge. Helped me through a stressful situation preparing for a job interview I couldn't get to my destination on time. I was offered a drink and solutions to my dilemma. I can't thank her enough. Darren the manager was amazing in his realisation sometimes the public walking through the door need someone to go that extra mile. They both did! Thank you
