The room was clean, tidy, well stocked with tea & coffee, fresh and airy due to the lovely window that could be opened. The bed was comfortable with crisp white sheets and lovely fluffy towels. The housekeeping and reception teams have both done an excellent job at making our stay enjoyable, the staff were polite, friendly, professional and smart, keep up the good work. The inside & the outside of the hotel was very clean, tidy, peaceful & quiet. The curtains did a good job of keeping the light out. The hotel is located on the promenade next to the sea with such wonderful views. Thank you all for a great stay.||

Lovely weekend break. Great location with lots of restaurants and bars xlose by. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Room was clean with comfy bed.Soap dispenser was empty but this was quickly rectified. We even had sea view and could see the amazing sunsets

Clean, basic and cheap. We was lucky to get a room with a good view. Location is great also. Supermarkets just 100 metres away, beach not to far, small drive to Liverpool via the tunnel /toll.
I've been many travel lodges. This is probably the best one yet.

Currently staying here arrived over 2 hours ago, walked into room stunk of really strong paint smell and mold. I Went down to the front desk to ask for advice and help on why our room smelt this way. Had no help really said they could spray the room with some kind of freshener 🤣I told her I did that myself with deodorant. My boyfriend has severe asthma and is struggling to breathe can’t go home as we have travelled all day to get here! honestly wouldn’t mind if we could go been assigned a new room but said it was fully booked which it isn’t because the hotel is empty and it is still available to book on the website. So disappointing and frustrating

Cheaper option with free parking compared to staying in Liverpool. Drivers can do a quick 10min ride to Liverpool via the Wallasey tunnel with a toll of £2.30 per way. Hotel rooms are adequate. Great view of the Liverpool Bay near hotel entrance. 10min walk to New Brighton metro station for travel to Liverpool City!

One night stay while in Liverpool.|Excellent location while in Liverpool. Train station a couple of minutes walk and bus stop the same. Many restaurants right outside the hotel but booking a table is advisable if area busy. Staff at hotel were very helpful with directions and during check in. |Also an excellent location if you are looking for some photography shots of the sunrise or sunset either outside hotel or a walk along the river towards Liverpool city centre.

Great hotel. Good location with ample parking nearby. Scattering of shops and lots of eateries in immediate area. Very basic facilities in room. No bin in bathroom and no hand soap in dispensers in bathroom only showergel. Beds very Comfortable. Nice view out to the sea but lots of condensation on window frames and noisy at times as overlooked bin area. Friendly welcome at reception. Overall a good stay for the price paid.

I stayed here for a few nights as I have family here and I like my own space. Room was clean. The girls on reception were lovely. And so were the girls who were cleaning. So lovely and polite. Cannot fault anything about my stay
