Greeted on arrival by a very welcoming lady who gave us all the details we needed and complementary drinks and treats. You got the feel that nothing would be too much of a problem if you needed it. Arrived at the room to find the bathroom floor was wet and had this instantly sorted by a member of the cleaning staff no issue at all. Room was clean and hotel was quiet. Would stay again

Room was nice and clean staff friendly. Very handy for motorway. Loads of places to eat and shop on Gemini industrial estate. It’s right next to the motorway and I was worried about road noise, but it was actually very quiet in the room, even with the window open. Also dog friendly for a fee.

Had a wonderful stay at this Travelodge. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, sue and Sharon made sure our room was perfect and were super accommodating with our early check in and nothing was too much to ask, even when I couldn’t work the soap dispenser it was sorted right away. Will definitely book again when we are back next year for creamfields!

Massive thank you to Beth who was on reception today when I rang to enquire if I’d left my travel washkit/shaver last weekend. She was polite and very helpful. Checking with lost property then Offering to send it on. I salute your kind demeanour and professionalism.
Stay was Saturday 26/10 and call was 31/10 after a frantic search of my place when I realised I’d left it behind.
Thanks again.

Friendly receptionist.
The room was really nice as it must of had a recent refurbishment. The plastic chairs and red and blue stripy curtains have been replaced with comfy chairs and nice heavy light blocking grey curtains. And the walls have been painted a dark cozy shade. And there is USB plug sockets next to the bed. A vast improvement!

Very nice comfortable room for a budget hotel. Let down slightly by the small tv, but it's not a big issue unless u plan to be in the room a lot. Very friendly helpful staff. Good access to food with two takeaway places a restaurant and pub all walking distance and a supermarket too. Close to motorway so quick access to any near areas. Bit cheeky that they charge u if u want to use there WiFi

I am wheelchair disabled & had a ground floor room with a view of the car park where I could see my vehicle. The staff were very accommodating and very friendly.

The only fault I have is when I arrived at about 03:30 hours the receptionist would not let me in to use the toilet, even though I had a booking for that day. I had to go to a 24 hour service station to use the facilities over there with my radar key.

The room was very spacious well lit however there were no plugs next to the bed so I could plug in my wheelchair to charge it I had to bring in my own extension which I always keep in the car. The shower room was fantastic I can't fault that at all. The bed was comfortable as well even though I don't normally sleep on a bed because I have to sleep sitting upright because of my disabilities.

Other than that I can't fault the place and for less than £30 per night, it was a bargain. I will definitely stay there again if I'm in the area again.
