My friend and I stayed with Ro at Trees for 2 nights. We were very welcomed by Ro in her original family home which has been family built. Beautifully surrounded by very well kept gardens, excellent home cooked breakfast. Ro was very accommodating with specific dietary requirements. Spacious bedrooms with lovely views of the gardens. 5 minute walk to town centre and 10 mins from mainline station. Very reasonably priced too. Would recommend and stay again.

The Wey South path, from Guildford to Amberley, following the line of an old canal, is one of southern England's best kept walking secrets. It passes close to Billingshurst, where Ro Jennings runs an excellent B&B. Her house, with its Horsham stone slates, exposed beams and diamond-shaped, leaded windows, looks ancient. In fact, it was completed in 1953 by her father, a builder who gathered material from much older buildings. The bedrooms are prettily furnished, the one on the garden side looking towards the South Downs. The bath is capacious and the breakfast sumptuous: perfect for walkers.

A really nice bed and breakfast, a lovely old house and the room we had was a very good size with a really comfy bed and cosy duvet. The breakfast was a real treat too.

Trees is a lovely place to stay and Ro is a great host providing information about Billingshurst to make our stay very easy.||Trees is a 5 minute walk into the centre of Billingshurst ||Lovely breakfast in the morning
