Staff and play areas really great. Went with son for 5yr old birthday party.
I'm quite short so was able to go inside the climbing area with the other kids 🤭
Had a lovely hot chocolate.

so dissapointed today i went there with my disabled child for the sensory room. This room is separated from the soft play area and its meant for SEND children only.
they didnt let us in because there was a birthday party and appartently full up, however as mention my kid would not use the playground only the sensory room.
we drove for over 40 min to get there and we even offered to pay so we could access the room. My child was very excited to be there and they didnt even try to offer us a solution.
my child love this place but won’t be coming back to a place that does not offer inclusion when there is a separated room for him!

I took my daughter here to a birthday party, and booked tickets for my son and I to play there at the same time. The party was low-key (not over the top and overwhelming for everyone else in the place) and easy to manage as an invitee parent. There was a simple bagged lunch for them (which i thought perfect for kids of this age - 5) then they were back off playing again. My son and I had loads of fun too, he's about to turn 3 but was able to climb most things in the big section by himself. There's also a nice bit for under 4s, with a suction tube you post ball pit balls into, which blows them out into a high net. Then you can pull a rope and they rain down everywhere, which the kids loved! Being new to this soft play, it makes it clear how filthy the one we usually visit, Partyman World of Play in Cambridge, actually is - Treetops is so much cleaner and more pleasant to visit. There were also significantly fewer big kids than we're used to elsewhere, so the kids had a safer and more fun time of it.

Decent place for the kids, really nice and clean and the food prices are very reasonable, the girl who made my tea was very kind and polite. Will be back

It's a fun place for kids but the biggest issue is the parents who don't follow the stated rules, particularly with clearly much older children barging around in the under 4s section and walkers running around in the babies / non-walkers section making it unsafe. The staff do nothing to enforce these rules, which some parents are either oblivious to or aware but choose to ignore.

Excellent value for money and a soft play large enough to keep the kids entertained for hours! Excellent cafe facilities and ample seating with tables.

Great facility and fun place for kids to play, BUT the staff do not help to enforce the rules of the under 4's & non-walkers areas, making it difficult if you have a little one trying to play. There were at least 4-6 older kids jumping and running around multiple small kids in these areas, making it very dangerous for littles who are first walking. Granted the parents should help to regulate this as well, but a lot of parents just let their kids free roam or give them permission to go into areas they shouldn't.

An easy solution for the staff and this facility would be to give kids who are under 1.5 or 4 a large star sticker, name tag, or something that helps to identify they are allowed to be in the small areas. This would help other parents feel comfortable politely telling older kids who do not have these stickers that they need to go play in the larger area due to their age. Versus trying to parent other kids who are not their own and go against what "their parents told them" in order to keep their own child safe.

Or have a staff member hangout around the two smaller areas and direct older kids to the larger section. Either way something needs to be done if you are going to charge 1.5-4 year olds the same amount as older kids but then not regulate it to help keep them safe.

Our daughter had a wonderful 4th birthday party here. The kids loved the equipment, there was plenty of space for the whole class (and for parents to sit down comfortably with a coffee!), and the staff were very helpful. Would strongly recommend if you're looking for an effort-free way to throw a larger birthday party.
