We stayed here for one night, fantastic place to stay whilst exploring Cornwall. A working farm with fantastic and friendly hosts. The breakfast in the morning was brilliant. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this stay for anyone looking for a getaway

We stayed in the cottage and it was lovely. So peaceful but great location as well. Lovely walks. Great games room. Family are really friendly too. Loved it, I’m sure we will be back.

Lovely friendly family, very quiet location, beautiful breakfast,room seems a bit outdated but still nice,really great walk in shower, very nice country walks,I would recommend it,but not much there for children,just my opinion..

What a little treasure of a B&B. Set in a beautiful part of Cornwall on a working farm with relaxing views across the hills and downs. Our room was a double with en-suite shower and was cosy and really well furnished, plus everything supplied was quality - Bibi Towels, stylish bathroom accessories and very tastefully decorated with every need supplied. Stephanie and Mervyn (or is it Mervyn and Stephanie? 🙂 ) were a mine of useful local and regional information. Both were happy to satisfy our inquisitive minds about farming and clearly they and other farmers are the backbone of our Country. Food was as much or as little as you wanted and served in a relaxed dining area overlooking the main farmyard and distant hills, whilst watching the South Devon Cattle roaming the fields. This is a home from home of the highest quality and friendliest hosts. We were sad to leave but all good things come to an end and if we ever went back to Cornwall this would be our first choice.

We stayed for a few nights at the farm house. It was a bit tricky to find at first and required some careful navigation down narrow roads typical of Cornwall. However from the main A road it’s actually only a couple of miles. The breakfast was delightful and the table was set for Easter with a lovely layout. Our room was very comfy with a powerful shower and a very clean space all round. The hosts were also very helpful in recommending local places to visit. We were able to visit a lot of areas of interest within about an hours drive eg. Lizard Point, Mount Edgcumbe, Padstow … a great base to travel from.

Excellent location, in the heart of Cornwall and set in the peaceful surroundings of a working farm. Had a lovely warm welcome from Stephanie and Mervyn and the rest of the family. The farmhouse is a real treasure and the hosts are super friendly. My room was a lot larger than I expected and very, very comfortable, with a large bed, plenty of pillows, large flat screen TV and free toilette and luxurious towels too. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous and nothing was too much trouble for Stephanie.

Very friendly, warm and welcoming. Superb breakfast, had everything I could want and more. Lovely farmhouse and my room had everything I could need. Great location in a beautiful setting. I will happily recommend to friends and family.

Stephanie is a wonderful host. Our room, at the front of the house, was very comfy with a fabulous shower room. Shortbread biscuits and chocolate in our room was a lovely surprise plus tea and cake offered on arrival. This is a working farm with plenty of South Devon cows in fields around the farmhouse. Plus 2 very attentive farm dogs and 2 friendly farm cats, so if you like animals please visit. Our host also cooks a wonderful breakfast. We will return.
