Trerise Farm Shop and Cafe - Helston

We discovered this gem of a place as we were looking for somewhere to have breakfast after packing up camp this morning. It was a nice and quirky farm shop cafe. I had the Knocker for breakfast and it was great especially the sausages which is one of the yummiest sausages I’ve had. It was different as it was more herby in taste. A good serving. They have gluten free option too which is great as our party had one who needs to have GF food. It was also dog friendly. They have a small shop that sells various different locally sourced stuff. They also have a large number of books. Lovely barn ambience. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s indeed a hidden gem that you should discover in Helston, Cornwall.

We had a delish breakfast here after a very wet and wild camping trip in Cadgwith - life saver for two hungry, soggy campers after our gas ran out! Would like to come back and camp here next time. Bonus added extra - feeding the crazy chickens!

What a wonderful find not far from Kuggar. Natalie provides the most wonderful tasty breakfast, good portion size too. Thick bacon and sausage, hash brown, mushrooms, tomato, egg, beans and a slice of toast 😋 Limited opening times earlier and later in the year, so best to check on Google before arrival. There are also other tasty items on the menu, including cakes. Inside the cafe are local crafts and gifts to purchase. There is also a small selection of groceries provisions for anyone local or on holiday close by. A real gem, and worth the effort to find and visit.

What a find! This is worth traveling for.. a proper independent cafe and camping site run by the most welcoming of couples, Nat and Steve. I went there with my best mate for a late breakfast, which was fantastic (check out the hog's pudding!) and we were looked after from the moment we arrived. We were even invited to check out the animals and feed the goats! The area is absolutely stunning but it's the hosts that make it special ☺️

We had a really lovely All Day Breakfast here. Great tasting food nice thick bacon & all cooked perfectly! Followed by some very yummy Moomaid Ice Cream!
Cafe in a lovely airy light Barn, with small gifts on sale & daily essentials. Plus a good selection of locally farmed Meat. Lovely friendly staff. Great experience! Thank you 😊

Lovely food. We were there twice. I polished off a lovely big breakfast (I cannot word this less worryingly, but GREAT SAUSAGE! 👀) we went again to polsih off a Cornish Tea.

The lady who runs the place was lovely, a great host.

There is an open field across the road with ponies, sheep, geese, pigs etc for the kids to interact with. I lay on the field and promptly fell asleep, it was so peaceful....I woke up to find the sheep putting on a twerk show for me.....Nice to be appreciated, regardless...

Would we go again? Yes, every time.

What a delightful little farm shop. The owners are lovely and very passionate about the shop. Grabbed some of their pork chops for dinner, honestly think they were some of the best I have had. Would highly recommend a visit.

Really nice farm shop, best I found on the lizard. Excellent quality meat on sale. Also sell Moomaids of Zennor ice cream (delicious).
