4* B&B. The room had everything you needed. Only thing is, single room could be slightly bigger. But the Bathroom was very big. Shower excellent. Breakfast basket good. Owners offered very good service. I left a dress in the wardrobe when I checked out, they phoned me straight away and I was able to collect it before I got my train.

Room was spotlessly clean. Lots of extra little touches, I like that there was a little fridge. The owners have gone a extra mile here and provided every thing you need.
Location is great 2 minutes from the beach and town and 5 mins from Butlins .
This is the most quiet peaceful hotel I've stayed in .There's no traffic noise .. Total quiet through the night and the only noise you can hear in the morning is the odd seagull.
Would highly recommend and will be staying here again .

Alison and Trevor are warm and welcoming. Check in was easy and we were given a permit to park. The room was nice with an ensuite, the bed was really comfortable too for an amazing night's sleep. Lots of little touches that made it for a very nice stay. Very close to the beach and shopping area. Great location for visiting the local area. Would definitely recommend.

Honestly this place was lacking. The breakfast was already in the room when we arrived. (Which means it was left out over night.) One of the owners was super unfriendly. I got a bad night's sleep. The rooms were nice but the atmosphere was terrible.

I wouldn't come here again if you paid me!

This was a brilliant guest house before lockdown. But now not so much. Prices now higher, breakfast no longer severed. Owner's seem to attitude towards guests. Rooms now have air pad charging but don't charge phones 3 different phones tried. Could of put something in the bath to stop the slipping as I slipped getting out of the bath. We have decided never to stay at this hotel again

Needed a place to stay in Bognor Regis for the Ben Thompson's Ultimate Elvis show at the Alexandra Theatre which is only a stones throw away.
Had a lovely clean, well appointed room overlooking the sea, with en suite, big double bed, TV / DVD player, hairdryer, kettle and iron.

The guest house was only a few minutes walk from the train station and the town centre. In a quiet part of the town.

Each morning had a fully cooked breakfast and there was other options to try on the menu as well.

Both my partner and I enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here recently for work with a few colleagues. Service was great, even during the pandemic. Room was very clean, very modern toilet and good view! Staff were friendly too. No complaints, would recommend.

A superb Guest house near Bognor Regis town centre close to the sea front. I slept in a lovely comfortable 4 poster bed. I stayed in the Red room which was warm and very inviting. A nice touch is the mini fridge with a bottle of milk for tea and coffee also refrigerated filtered drinking water. A large bottle for filtered water for filling the kettle is a nice edition. There's an assortment of coffee including decaf coffee also hot chocolate and Horlicks with two packets of biscuits. Although small the shower room and toilet is well equipped with a variety of toiletries. The sink is located in the bedroom so convenient when someone is in the shower or using the toilet.There's plenty of cupboard space for your cloths and a hanging rail for suits coats and dresses. The breakfast is well cooked and there is plenty to set you up for the day. I highly recommend a visit to this gem of a guest house.
