The reviews for this place are disturbingly bad. I mean awful. My mate had booked two rooms ahead of New Order in Wythenshawe Park. On reading the reviews, I wished he hadn’t. It’s a budget hotel, a bit quirky, but it’s a long way from being quite that bad. In fact, it’s fairly standard. The shower works and has pressure and temperature control . There are decent towels. The mattresses were, indeed, soft and need replacing (but who checks under the mattress protector and leaves a review? Really?) I’ve stayed in brilliant, charming, luxurious hotels in many countries. This is a million miles from that. But it’s comically average and could be better if they remedied the mattresses. That said, it’s not one star. In my opinion.

Toilet took 3/4 attempts to flush. Room was visibly dirty, stained curtains etc. I had to call the hotel after a five minute wait to get someone to come to reception so I could check in. It was adequate for a one night stay, but I wouldn’t book again.

Dirty, scruffy and damaged rooms. I was unlucky enough to have 2 room changes because I was bitterly disappointed with the poor standards on offer. The rooms look nothing like photos posted on the hotel website.

Enjoyed my stay in this budget place, very clean, great room with microwave, fridge, TV, kettle. Ensuite bathroom. Top reception lady. And will stay again when next in area.

Room was adequate aside from damage to walls and bathroom door as well as a strange stain/mark on the carpet. The walls are incredibly thin and you can hear everything happening in the other rooms whether that be next-door, across or from above. They provided us with basic amenities such as tea bags, coffee packets and small milk pods along with a kettle and microwave which were appreciated. Would not stay here again but was sufficient for one night.

It's super dated and looks nothing like the pictures.
Went because it was cheap but for £70 I've had far nicer hotels.
TV didn't work, bath was dusty and not plumbed in, shower had 3 settings of hot , scalding or third degree burns...
Safe to say I wouldn't stay again

I arrived at this hotel on Thursday 7 December 2023. A friend of mine had booked it under their name and when I arrived I explained the situation and the hotel staff were able to confirm this from my friend over the phone. The room has a TV, microwave and heater. Neat enough and spacious. The staff were also friendly and polite. A nice short stay to rest your head for the night...

Way to home we book for a night and we choose double bed. Unfortunately the bed and the room wasn’t really satisfying. There’s several things which is not really working and broken inside the room ?. Shower, lamps ?
They adding views but i don’t Think that exactly consider as a view ?, they have Tv (didn’t able to connect with phone/no alternative option), no iron machine?‍♂️, bed wasn’t satisfying at all. good thing is amazing location with parking. Chatty/Friendly reception. They provide wee fridge, microwave which is good.
