We stayed at 19 Regency. Room was ok. Bathroom was good and shower was very good.
There is no AC, and it was hottest day. They provided cooler , which was throwing heat from the rear end. Also , there was no elevator . Please make sure they have working AC. Check weather and do not book on hot days.
Staff is good and helpful , but that does not solve
AC issue.. please check

We read some reviews after booking and were quite nervous with what we saw! However, the stay was absolutely lovely. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, and comfy, and there were complimentary toiletries and breakfast was nice. For a cheap stay we were very happy. Location is ideal for food and amenities, and Ubers were really cheap too. It is not a luxurious stay, but that isn't what you pay for either!

The hotel is a lovely building and I believe it was a former lace factory. We only stayed for one night but it was ample for our needs. The room was clean and it had everything, a kettle, microwave, iron and ironing board. The bathroom was small, the only criticism is there was no hot water, I let the shower run for a good 10 minutes and it was still stone cold. Street parking is very limited so get there early, although I was lucky enough to get a parking spot. Breakfast looked value for money but it wasn’t served until 9am and we left at 7.45am.

Definitely a good choice for a quiet night. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the customer service is tops.
Slightly out of town but plenty of restaurants for an evening meal.
Breakfast freshly made and very nice. Limited off street parking but it is secure. I would definitely stay again

Beautiful hotel!
Staff couldn’t be nicer and are so accommodating to every need! Breakfast is exactly what you expect and tastes lovely.

Rooms are clean, comfy beds and lovely shower. Nice modern touch to the hotel.
Location is great, quiet area of Nottingham but also a short walk or taxi ride away from the centre and shops.

Would stay here again ❤️

It was reasonable. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the room did have a unique look to it.

The price was very cheap.

As I entered the hotel, I was met with a terrible smell. Like someone had gone to the toilet and left the door open. It was awful.

The owner at reception was reasonable. Not great. He explained that I had to pay £1 on top of the main price I had already paid incase I trashed the room.

All in all, it was a reasonable experience.

A really lovely old building with character and within 10 mins walk of a decent pub or two. But the hotel isn’t run well. Lots of other things to moan about. Can’t be bothered though. Just like the hotel management. Tripadvisor wants 200 words. Done.

This was a great place to stay for a one night visit. Single room was perfect with a twin bed and all the other things you get (iron, ironing board, tea/coffee, milk, kettle, mugs, towels). There was a TV and another sink outside the bathroom, which was great to have for quick food prep.No fridge or microwave. Service was very good, the receptionist was kind enough to lend me a charger for my phone. They offer breakfast for an extra charge. Free Wi-Fi. I recommend.
