Terrible. I was just minding my own business until I heard screaming and panicking from outside along with a very loud crash. The hotel had a massive hole in it as a plane crashed into the second part of the building. Shocked and speechless, I grabbed my bags and fled as fast as I could before more planes crashed into our hotel. Zero star option coming soon?

The worst place I've ever stayed. The room was not as spacious as shown in the pictures. The four-digit PIN provided for entry to the house was incorrect. The phone number mentioned in the email was out of service. There was another phone number written on the door, but when I called, the person who answered said they no longer worked for the property. We were left helpless, standing outside the property for a long time with our bags. Later, we received a call back from the same number, and they provided an entirely different PIN, which finally worked.

From the moment we stepped into the property, it was a terrible experience. The room was cramped, with three beds placed so close together that there was no space in between. When I raised this concern, the management didn’t even bother to reply.

The bathroom was disgusting, with a filthy floor that we had to clean ourselves before using. There’s absolutely no value for the money spent. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The good:
My room was clean, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. There were free water bottles and Pepsi cans (although there were no instructions on how many you could take, if you could even take them).

Reasonably close to the metro, 10 minute walk or so.

Bad stuff:
It is just a house, no staff, with one shower for 6 rooms, some of which have 6 people.
I waited about an hour in the morning to shower.

We booked it and got no code to open the door or to get our key. When we arrived the owner did not pick up the phone, I was only able to get in because someone on the inside opened the door. Happened to other people there as well, I woke up at midnight with banging on the door from people that had arrived, couldn't get in and I had to help them out.

There is no floorspace, at least on the room I stayed at. It had 3 beds, with maybe 15 cm between them. This size, combined with the lack of openable windows, meant we had a night with extremely high CO2 levels.

The water boiler was in our room, feeding the shower, which was quite weird.

We were asked, by email, in the afternoon to move our stuff and go sleep at a different location, this was ridiculous, and we just stayed put and there were no further issues.

All of this was very bothersome as my group was tired from the day, and instead of being able to get there and rest, we had to deal with more headaches.

This place suffers from terrible communication and slightly sketchy practices, would recommend solely for sleeping if you are on an extreme budget.

We paid 130~€ for a single night in a tiny room.

Previously to arriving we didn’t read the reviews which i strongly suggest you do as they all have the same problem we do. We arrived at the accommodation and tried to enter the pin we were given via email which did not work so we rang the number on top of the door to which the man said “there are no rooms available we are fully booked” he then told us he was booking an uber to pick us up and take us to a new location. We found this very sketchy! We arrived at the new location on pandora road which is about 15 minutes away from the twin tower hotel. I will say this new location is satisfactory considering we aren’t spending much time in the room which is fairly clean and very little space. This room in particular (room 1) has an ensuite and small kitchen compared to the shared bathroom in the twin tower hotel.||I am not quite sure what kind of con is going on here but i would not recommended or book again, please save your money and time and book elsewhere!!

Avoid like the plague. We booked this for the All In event at Wembley, appreciating that it had a very bad reputation. We took a chance. Fast forward to today- 6 days before the event, we received an email from the hotel (possibly the ower) saying the hotel is now under construction and we cant stay there (to be fair I had to decipher the message as it was not written in very good English) ||Tried calling them, no answer- fair play they did call back and it was the most condesnding, rude, arogant- there are way to many word to use here, guy I have had the misfortune to speak with. No sympthy no empathy and more impotantly no apology. Spoke over me like I was the one in the wrong. ||Kudos to booking.com who processed the refund as I didn't believe the guy on the phone. He wanted me to cancel it our end, which would have meant no refund.||Bunch of cowboys, steer well clear, I am glad we dodged a bullet.

Never book this hotel, we booked via booking.com. When we arrived the person told us he had over booked and told us there was nothing we could do. We then had to contact booking.com to get a refund but they had contact the hotel and get back to us in 45mins. Then after that we would have to wait 3-5 working days for a refund. ||We then had to book a hotel last minute the other side of London and pay more travel costs which we can’t be reimbursed.||Never book with this hotel, unprofessional and rude. Wouldn’t even take my call to try resolve the situation with out going via booking.com

Surprised to see this hotel listed on here. Had a room booked here last Summer.||Turned up- no rooms, another family had the same problem. ||Guy then pretended he was the cleaner.||No one was available||This is not a hotel- do not book here!||Had to rebook a hotel after 3 hours and then get a refund at a later date.

Never book here! Me and my daughter arrived Sunday and rang the number that had been written on the door. The guy answered and said sorry we are fully booked! I said how are you when we rang a few days ago to confirm our booking. He said we will send a car to take you to another property. I dont think so I said I'm reporting to booking.com so he hung up. The property and the area is awful! Don't book anything on that street which is denzil street Brent as he has other properties on there too as we met another family who had the same issue at the same time as us.
