Twitham Court Farmhouse is a unique place to stay! In a beautiful setting, very quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to Canterbury and the coast. Sally is a wonderful host, and nothing was too much trouble from supplying us with maps and tips on where to park, to suggestions for places to eat. The breakfasts are amazing, with Sally's eggs and homemade jam, and they set us up for the day, the homemade cakes were a lovely touch too. We stayed in the Blue Room, which was large and spotless, with a good ensuite. Sally and her family made us feel like very special guests in their family home. We will definitely return!

Sally could not have been more accommodating, from finding space for our pushbikes to looking out cycling routes and recommending walks and places to eat. Fresh locally sourced food for breakfast served in the conservatory was an excellent start to the day. We stayed in the Ataupe room which is a large en suite double room. Sally and her family are very welcoming and we felt more like friends than guests. Would definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend Twitham Court for anyone who likes the home from home touch.

We are just back from a perfect weekend away to attend a friend's wedding. Deciding to make the most of the weekend, my partner and I found this little B&B. After receiving an email from Sally with lots of fantastic local places to eat we arrived to a very warm welcome. Sally's partner went out of his way to assist us with travel to and from the wedding and to and from a local pub as taxis were proving a problem. A very lovely touch that helped us enormously. It seemed as if nothing was too much trouble and we felt extremely welcome and comfortable staying here. The room was lovely and everything had been thought of to make our stay the best it could be. Would definitely recommend this B&B to friends and family and should the chance arise, we will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here earlier this week (my husband had arranged it as a surprise). He had done so after all the positive reviews here on Trip Advisor, and we were not disappointed.||The B&B consists of just 2 rooms, meaning we had a very personal experience.||The room was spacious with plenty of storage space, a large bathroom and the comfiest bed I think I have ever slept in! It was spotlessly clean, and well decorated. We had some snacks and water in the room, and a nice anniversary gift and card too.||Downstairs is a room to relax in if you wish, and the conservatory for breakfast. There is a fridge with fresh cows' milk and some local crisps are available too. We even had homemade cookies on arrival!||Breakfast was delicious. There was a selection of fruit, cereal, fresh local yoghurt, milk and juice to start. The night before you ordered from a choice of 4 different breakfasts, plus a seasonal special, including porridge and cooked options, all vegetarian (we're not but they were delicious), locally sourced and organic. This was followed by toast and jams if you have the room!||The farmhouse could be a bit tricky to find to start with though fairly easy when you've found it once, and the directions from Sally were very helpful. Sally also emailed lots of recommended restaurants when my husband booked, and was on hand with a variety of maps and suggestions for places to visit when we were there! ||Sally and her family live in the other half of the house and were absolutely lovely too, we felt very welcome. Sally was genuinely interested in what we had been doing and that we were having a good time.||We would definitely visit again and thank Sally and the family for their wonderful hospitality!

Twitham Court Farmhouse was a wonderful find for us. Hosted by Sally and her family we did not lack for anything. They take great pride in their choice to provide organic, farm fresh breakfasts. Sally went beyond and made a couple of special vegan breakfasts for my husband which were greatly appreciated. We had the blue room, a large corner room with lots of windows and treed views. It is a large comfortable room with a modern and spotless ensuite. We enjoyed our breakfasts in the observatory and spent some time in front of the fireplace to wind down after a busy day. Staple is actually easy to get to and the farm easy to find. You are less than half an hour from many places including Sandwich by the sea and Canterbury to the west. Sally made sure we were equipped with brochures and maps along with tips that made some adventures easy.

It is not only the little details, such as organic biscuits or lovely flowers in the room picked by one of the daughters which make this place special. It is the warmth coming from Sally and her wonderful family which make you feel at home instantly. From receiving a personal message asking about preferences for breakfast to receiving print outs of hidden places in the area, everything is taken great care of. Sally's philosophy of making simple things count more than an iPad or other form of modern distractions brings you back to the essentials of life: caring for others and mother nature (and yes, it makes sense to use as little water as possible in the shower!). A beautiful farm in a quiet setting. We stayed here with our daughter, son in law and their one year old.|Very tasteful comfortable large bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms with thoughtful touches. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice, well presented & using local produce and their own eggs.|Sally was charming and couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was a enjoyable.we would highly recommend staying here.

My partner and I found ourselves here after a busy week and came home completely revived after this visit. The couple that run it have a calming and friendly nature and the whole family make it so welcoming and relaxing. I loved the selection of teas and organic linens- this really makes the place! And brilliantly clean! I was even posted some toiletries I had forgotten to take home- thank you! Breakfast was lovely, however (just so I can offer some constructive feedback) I would have liked more vegan options- maybe this was my own fault as on booking I chose a vegetarian place purely for this reason. It maybe nice to include a hot vegan dish on the menu - vegan sausages/scrambled tofu(?). We were told that we couldn't drink red wine (doh!) because of the light styling of the house this was understandable although maybe asking red to be enjoyed outside in the garden rather than in the house would have been nicer. Absolutely lovely home and we will most definitely see you again one day! Thank you 🙂
