We chose to stay at Tyto Alba because of its proximity to Blickling Hall and the north Norfolk coast. We booked all three rooms for our family, and Debbie was in contact well in advance of our stay to check the room requirements etc. The B&B is in a really quiet rural village (except the neighbours' chickens!), but surprisingly easy to find. The owners came out to meet us and gave us a warm welcome, before showing us to our rooms and checking we had everything we needed. The rooms were all clean and tidy, well stocked with tea, coffee and toiletries. There's also a fridge in the breakfast room which is free to use - so you can pop your packed lunch in there overnight! Breakfast was freshly cooked to order, with plenty of cereal and toast on offer to keep us going while we waited. Over all, a very nice place with friendly hosts. A good base to use to access a lot of Norfolk.

We chose this B&B as it was close to the family members we were visiting and what a find!|Debbie greeted us with a smile, the room was lovely, clean and tidy. A welcoming tea/coffee tray with biscuits was super, fresh milk was downstairs if required, rather than the cartons which was a nice touch. The en suite bathroom was on the small side but clean as a whistle. Nice comfy bed.|Breakfast was superb, lots of choice and Richard was very attentive to all the guests and their choice of cooked items.|Very impressed with this B&B and will def stay again.

Debbie is such a gracious and welcoming host! Our first floor room was sunny and quite cheerful, the shower and bathroom divine. Our full English breakfast was cooked to order and so tasty, and the coffee was strong and plenty, all served in a delightful breakfast room. We had a really peaceful night of sleep in such cozy, spotless surroundings.

A very warm welcome greeting after a bit of a wild route that brought us here. The room was pleasant, spacious enough for one night. Tea coffee biscuits available in the room. I found the room cold, we arrived in pouring rain and I had hoped for a little heating. I put the blanket on the bed which was available. Shower was good, shampoo and body wash provided, plenty of towels. The tv in the room was a bit hit and miss, mainly miss on popular channels, which was disappointing. Breakfast though great choice, great cooked breakfast, very filling. For the price great value, lovely people, good breakfast. 💕

This is a little gem of a B&B! The owners, Richard & Debbie gave us the most warm welcome and introduction to our well appointed and clean room. The location is perfect, nestled in to the windy Norfolk lanes, yet not too far from most attractions or the coast. We eat in Sherringham, which was an easy drive away. Breakfast at the Tyto Alba was superb! This will be our 'go-to' destination for future stays in Norfolk! HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!

Debbie and Richard made us welcome from the beginning to the finish of the five days we stayed at Tyto Alba Bed & Breakfast. The breakfast was superb, George and myself didn't need to eat for the rest of the day. With access to a fridge and microwave we were able to bring in our own food if we wished, although there are some very good restaurants in that area.
The village people made us very welcome when we attended the 'Pop Up Barbie' in the local church yard. Yes, it was a real home to home experience and the weather was kind to us. From Jean and George x

A lovely welcome to a great little B&B. The room was good and quietly located. Good parking too. The breakfast was simply a delight. Besides a normal full English, alongside the cereals was a bowl of cooked plums that were hot and went so well with the Swiss Museli and Greek yogurt. It was unusual and very acceptable.

We chose this b&b, as it is close to family who we were visiting for the weekend, and we are so glad we did ! We were greeted with a smile upon arrival and the greeting was genuine & warm. The room was lovely, very clean and very comfortable. We were given a door key and told to come & go as we wished. The breakfast was stunning, really stunning, and very tasty. The other guests had clearly enjoyed their stay as well judging by the banter & laughter over breakfast. This b&b is a real find and we will defiantly be back again !! Thank you, thank you !!
