ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE!!! went back here to get my hair done again and the transformation is amazing. Lovely Nina did an amazing job at my hair very gentle and light handed. If you want a colour or balayage please come here. Always such fantastic service, lovely people and absolutely great place.

So far I visited this place twice, once for deep tissue massage, once for facial. Both of the times I was very happy with the service I received!
The deep tissue massage was very good, the male that gave me the massage is experienced and clearly knows what he is doing.
The facial was very relaxing. I liked that at no point I was just left, as some places put a mask on and wait until it is obsorved. Here, when the mask was put on, I had a head massage, so all of the time was fully used.

Thank you for both amazing lady at the reception and Marian. I messed up my booking and put it in my calendar 2pm instead of 1pm. They were so understanding they still let me get the massage almost 1h late. Massage itself 5/5 as well. Highly recommend 🖤

They should simply shut their business. It was horrible hair cut. I grown my hair for 3 months to get nice hair cut. I went to this store and a lady completely spoiled it. I have to go another saloon to spend another 38 pound to get it done again. It was so unrepairable that the other saloon just managed to make it look okay... Everyone in other salon were laughing on hair cut. I could have given negative ratings.

I had an incredible deep tissue massage with Karan for the first time yesterday, and he was absolutely amazing! In just one session, he worked out most of the deep knots and tension in my back. Uban Spa is always a welcoming and friendly place, and the manager is lovely. I highly recommend it!

Bad color correction/balayage experience. The lady was not happy from the beginning to do my hair because it was already messed up in another place and she kept pointing it is a long work. After she finished she rushed me out even though I was trying to tell her that it doesn't look right at roots especially but she told me that this is everything she could do for me and it is going to look better after I will wash it a few times...
It is patchy the bleach bleeded it doesn't look well done it looks like I have gray hair growing. If only she would have taken responsibility for the roots being done so unprofessional and rushed I would have been ok

Had a beautiful blonde balayage done here about a month ago. The ladies were lovely ensuring that they took their time with my hair and offered me drinks throughout. The results were great. Even recommended products for aftercare of my hair and how to maintain!
