Wish you could give 0 stars. Absolutely not a 4 star hotel.
The room was disgusting and the staff kept blaming it on housekeeping even though it just needs refurbishing completely.
Staff were very unhelpful
We were given the wrong room so I was shown to different rooms in the next building that were even more disgusting with stains all over the carpets and the bathrooms very unclean.
I was also lied to about the manager being around when he actually wasn't (or just didn't want to speak to me.)
We checked out and went elsewhere. Had to get my 1 year old put of bed to do this and the staff were completely not bothered about the inconvenience.

Their own website lists this as a 4-star hotel; wrong! One star if they're lucky!| Firstly, we book two rooms through Expedia - a room for three and a room for two. On checking in, we were told Expedia has problems so our deposit never went through. Okay, fine Give us the rooms and we'll pay now. First thing we discover - no lift. Carry bags up two full flights of stairs, only one full flight for the other room. Both rooms have wall to wall carpeting, covered by every stain imaginable. First room, two twin beds - not big enough for three people - "Oh, sorry I misunderstood; I can give you a bigger room, but obviously it will cost substantially more." So instead, they bring up a lumpy mattress to create a third bed lying on the floor. Screenless windows are on one side of the room, facing a littered yard used as a secondary car park. Noises from outside? Too bad, windows must stay open because this building has no air conditioning. This room is on the 3rd floor ( American, 2nd flr in Brit-speak), extremely hot and stuffy. When asked, they did bring us two small tabletop fans (met the fella wiping the dust off them in the hallway. "4 star hotel with modern conveniences," no lift, no A/C. At some point the walls and ceilings had been painted by someone who never learned how to mask edges. Paint on doors and mouldings look like many coats had been applied over the years in a technique we used to call "Landlord Painrting." Floors are uneven and spongy. Other room had one bed - full sized mattress, not a queen, uncomfortably small for two adults. Sink in the room - Cold water faucet, hot water faucet, no stopper for filling the sink; you either wash with cold water or incredibly hot. Toilet in separate alcove, still "within" the room. Light string even has a rolled up piece of stiff yellowed paper knotted to it, creating a little makeshift pull. Toilet paper holder was a standard wall mounted holder, with no roller to slip the paper onto. Toilet seemed pretty clean, but the floor was squishy vinyl, as if it were laid over rotten wood. Across from the toilet, another alcove held a step up and into shower, roughly 30" square. Shower seemed cleaned, but if you dropped the soap, you had to be pretty lithe to reach down to the floor with the door closed. Also, shower door seal at the base was not there. The floor got wet, contributing to the further rot of whatever wood was lurking beneath the unevenly applied tile. Pulling the light cord in the shower turned on one of two little ceiling lights - one flashed on and off continuously, the other didn't light at all. No place to hang towels. No hooks on any walls, anywhere, except for one cheesey coat hook on the OUTSIDE of the shower door. Room had two small end tables, one of which was occupied by an electric kettle, one ceramic cup with a spoon, a few packets of instant coffee, non-dairy creamer, and sugar. No chair of any kind in the room. No shelves, no stand for a suitcase, no closet, no closet rod, no hangers. The wall mounted TV would not power on. When I looked behind it to check if it was connected, the cable connection literally fell out of the fitting. Also, there was no "Do Not Disturb" sign for the door. I fashioned my own and taped it (my own tape) to the outside of the door. Every time we went out, I'd leave the sign up, and every time we came back someone had moved it elsewhere on the door, up high, down low, once it was taped to a wall mirror next to the door. And one time we came back to find it had been ignored, and they had brought clean towels into the room. Obviously we hadn't requested them.| So, yes on the plus side: the towels were clean; the beds and sheets seemed to be clean (although they had no fitted sheets, they just tucked a top sheet around the mattress which would pull up when you turned over.) We didn't encounter any insects or vermin, although when we opened the windows we discovered hunks of combination cobwebs and dust bunnies. | There appeared to be two buildings total; they may have been nice suburban homes some 80 or 90 years ago. Not now. And I can only guess the pictures on their website are of rooms in the first building, which we never got to see.| But that 4 star hotel stuff? Total hogwash. There may be some nice hotels in Slough, but you'd be better off with the nearest Holiday Inn Express, or anything closer to London. How this place got so many glowing 5 star reviews, I can only chalk up to phony postings.| I would like to say, do NOT book a room here.

We had a great stay at Premier Inn. The man at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and made us feel at ease right away. The room was spotlessly clean, and there was a warm, inviting atmosphere throughout the hotel.
Breakfast was decent β good enough to start the day, though not extraordinary. There is a parking charge, which was Β£8 for the night. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay, with friendly service and good value for money. Would definitely stay again!

Wow, the rooms are absolutely nothing like the pictures. After waiting over an hour to get my room,- they couldn't turn the fire alarm off I was taken to the house next door, part of the hotel i beleive, which quiet frankly could do with totally renovating, or a kick of paint at least. As well as a good clean. It was in quiet a bad state wires everywhere - looking like a cheap B&B. I was take to a room down some shoddy stairs in the basement and my supreme double room, was not supreme! Double bed shoved up against a wall, no window and no air con and no ventilation. The hotel and the room absolutely stank! There were holes in the walls, carpets were dirty as were walls and the skirting! The bathroom was disgusting. It was supposed to have a bath in but had a grubby show. When I told him I couldn't stay in it, it wasn't big enough for 2 people really, you'd fall over each other, and my reasons why, he said there was an extractor fan!! There were wires coming out of the wall dangling. It would have been bad enough for 1 night let alone the 5 I was booked in for. To top it off the lady in another room complained as she had pigeons in her room!! She had to disinfectant her room! By the time he offered me another room, I had no choice ( after a 20 hour day already) to find alternative accommodation. Add to that the ten pound parking charge they dont tell you about till after you've booked. They refused to give me a refund as the room was not as described! Ironically they ask you to wear face masks!!! I presume so you dont catch anything from there!!
If it was a budget hotel I could understand but it wasn't. Very very poor!!! I normally stay in hostels and they were more worthy of the money than this. How they can operate i have no idea!

Absolutely disappointing experience. I booked Superior double room. I was given shabby dark super small room with no window and no AC (walls peeling off, stains on the carpet, poor lighting and awful smell with no chance of airing it out). I asked for a room with a window. ||The receptionist was helpful and gave me another room (where I could at least open the window). But the cleanliness was absolutely horrible - blood stains on the walls, carpet was disgusting and smelled awfully, mold in the shower, dirty hand sink. I found dirty bloody towel in one of the drawers and on the top of everything (when I took one of the towels provided on my bed), there was a PIGEON POO lying underneath. The cleaners must know about it and left it there anyway. I was horrified!!! I asked the reception immediate to clean the room properly and change the sheets. Nothing happened. I asked for a refund but they refused it. They did absolutely NOTHING to do something to fix this utter situation. DONT BOOK HERE !!! Itβs a dirty disgusting place.

I feel very decieved! I booked this hotel based on lovely images of the rooms. Showing clean, bright and beautiful looking rooms and ensuites. With thick, plush pillows and duvet covers. Where i slept for the night was very very different to the images shown online! The room was in serious need of a paint and general repair. Curtains looking strained and hanging off the hinge. Paint chippings on all the walls. Dirty stains on the ceilings! Bedroom.furniture looking as if it had been used and abused for several decades! No light fitting. Dirty carpet and a bathroom riddled with damp and mould! Very depressing and world's away from the images I saw when booking. I would rather have stayed at a travel lodge or outside in the garden looked more appealing. This hotel is in desperate need of a refurbishment and some definate repairs to be made! I am very disappointed and looking forward to checking out in the morning. On a plus side the man on reception was very friendly and attentive. But that is all this hotel has going for it.

In my opinion, claiming this is a 4 star hotel is being too generous. The location is nice and there is public transport close by, but there isnβt much around. The room is ok, average but it wasnβt very clean and it was very cold. The heater was off even though there were 2 degrees outside. I asked for a heater twice and I waited for longer than an hour to get it. The pillows were quite flat for what I would usually use.

The hotel is fantastic, the staff is amazing, and we are especially grateful to them for arranging for a room for us before the scheduled check-in time because we were exhausted from the travel. The room is really roomy and has brand-new furnishings. The experience is just amazing, and this hotel will undoubtedly be at the top of my choice whenever I travel to the UK.
